Bin Laden Dead #2

  • #81
I read an op ed piece this morning decrying what the author referred to as the 'Triumphalism' of the Obama White House in the aftermath of this event.
Yes the POTUS went to NYC to honor the dead and IMO behaved very respectfully. Wonder if he remembers our last president's 'Misson Accdomplished' banner when it certainly wasn't and still isn't?
I get so weary of the game playing and posturing of both left and right.

Talk about the epitome of hypocrisy!!

"....The 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 recovered in bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, consists of modern, electronically recorded video and is fairly extensive...."

more at link

From the Wiki link~~"Religious views on 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬":

"....🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 is in direct opposition with the very heart of Islamic teachings, which is focused on how to gain a better self-control in order to increase spiritual awareness and prepare the soul to accept Allah (God)..."

and

"....The Qur'an 24:31 states "And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and keep covered their private parts, and that they should not show-off their beauty except what is apparent, and let them cast their shawls over their cleavage. And let them not show off their beauty except to their husbands..."

Is Al Qaeda laying low because of the gold mine that was found at the compound of Osama Bin Laden? The computers and cell phones that were found offered not only future plans of the terrorist group but gave information on who and how Osama has been communicating over the last 10 years.

(CBS News) WASHINGTON - A new picture emerged Thursday of what really happened the night the Navy SEALs swooped in on Osama bin Laden's compound in Pakistan.

CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reports the 40 minutes it took to kill bin Laden and scoop his archives into garbage bags were all recorded by tiny helmet cameras worn by each of the 25 SEALs.

Very interesting details of what really happened that night!

Am I the only person who isn't surprised in the least that bin Laden had 🤬🤬🤬🤬? Everyone seems so shocked. I honestly don't find it surprising at all.

I have thought so many things about bin Laden's 🤬🤬🤬🤬-filled lair today.
Most of them cynical and ... unpost-able.

However, I was not in the least surprised that they found 🤬🤬🤬🤬 in that bleak, repressive depressive hideout.

Given his outrageous acts and "life's work", it's been my opinion that Bin Laden simply hid behind his religious faith and used it to manipulate others in the name of Allah. He didn't actually practice his faith. Muslims the world over assert this with all seriousness - bin Laden's acts were not acts of Muslim faith.

Not to mention, bin Laden was your classic narcissistic super-sociopath. Rules don't apply to them. Ever.

*********************************

*sigh*

The trouble with making this 🤬🤬🤬🤬 find any sort of a "character assasination story" is - how can they ever prove it was his 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and from his home ... it might have been his son's. :dunno:

Too bad they didn't film him watching it. Now that would have been a film worth sharing with his followers.

I just wonder how his "followers" will see this.

I mean, he was supposed to be a leader in the faith right???

I'm sure they won't care. They still want us dead.

It wouldn't make much difference, Em. His fundamentalist followers would claim it was a fake, just as they will now say it's all a lie made up to villify the great Usama. The rest of the world won't be surprised nor really care that one of human history's most notorious mass murderers indulged in 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

That's a good link, legalmania. Thank you.

Just the news I've been waiting for.

The initial search will focus on "detecting ongoing threats" and information pointing to "other high-value targets within Al-Qaeda," Michael Leiter, head of the National Counter-terrorism Centre, told National Public Radio.

The government would "probably" be adding names to its terrorist watch list as a result of the information gleaned from Osama’s computer files, Attorney General Eric Holder told a Senate hearing on Wednesday.
It's going to be a tough but rewarding job for the forensic analysts.

The painstaking search is unlikely to unearth large batches of explicit information on Al-Qaeda but instead "hundreds of thousands of tiny details" that will then be fit into a larger mosaic of intelligence, said David Lindahl, a research scientist at the Swedish Defence Research Agency in Stockholm.

I'm not sure why anyone is really surprised about the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 (unless it's not "mainstream" and are things like child 🤬🤬🤬🤬, snuff film, et cetera)...I mean, UBL was one of the most hypocritical characters of the late 20th and early 21st centuries.

He was a monster; sometimes, monsters have 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Meh, doesn't surprise me much.

I am still - 2 weeks later - thrilled this man is no longer walking the earth; he is now in hell, and has realized that the 72 virgins don't actually exist. Too bad, so sad....buh bye!

Two South Florida imams and a third family member were arrested Saturday on charges of providing support to the Pakistani Taliban, the Justice Department said.

In addition, three others in Pakistan were also indicted on the same charges.

I Omar Ossama Binladin and my brothers the lawful children and heirs of the Ossama Binladin (OBL) have noted wide coverage of the news of the death of our father, but we are not convinced on the available evidence in the absence of dead body, photographs, and video evidence that our natural father is dead. Therefore, with this press statement, we seek such conclusive evidence to believe the stories published in relation to 2 May 2011 operation Geronimo as declared by the President of United States Barrack Hussein Obama in his speech that he authorized the said operation and killing of OBL and later confirmed his death.

LOL and we were unjust in killing an unarmed man

Just a few days ago, Omar was talking/screaming to the media that US killed his father and dumped him in the ocean and it was "disrespectful". :waitasec:

Come on Omar!!!! Make up your mind. Is Daddy dead and in the sea??? Or do you think he's still alive???

I'm beginning to think this guy is just loving the cameras.
