Nick Gordon court documents give hints in Bobbi Kristina case

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s beau Nick Gordon is seeking a temporary restraining order to keep the Roswell Police Department from carrying out a search warrant involving a security camera, according to documents filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court. The filing also seeks to stop the company Nest from complying with the warrant, issued on or about Feb. 12, documents show.

According to court documents:

“Plaintiff, Nicholas Gordon, is a customer of Nest Labs, (which) owns and operates a ‘dropcam’ web-based security company.

“On February 12, 2015, Nest notified via email its customer, Nicholas Gordon …that it had received ‘legal process’ for data and documents related to the account and that it intended to comply.”

The issue is an unjust breach of privacy, the documents say:

:yes: Yep. I don't think he will win this one. For anyone not familiar with the Aaron Hernandez trial, his own home video surveillance system is being used against him in court. Not sure about the laws in Georgia, but would suspect any video is fair game in an investigation. :twocents:

On the "On Our Own" show, Nick said repeatedly that he lived with them (WH and BK) for SEVEN years. This was in 2012 when he was 23 years old.

The problem is that he is involved in a criminal investigation and as such a judge could give LE the go ahead to seize the camera and tape. I was sincerely hoping that Nic was not involved in BK's incident, but now, if he has nothing to hide, why would he take this kind of action?

Fair enough Mr. Gordon. What sort of shoulder were YOU providing those ladies with? Or did you simply throw lots of crutches at them to support them during their tough times?

As some reports stated BKB was planning on moving to LA, I wonder if the "On my own." post signified not only that the lovebirds had/were breaking up but possible talks about a reality show out of LA for BKB alone??? I get it too. You must have visited the page at sometime. That's how ads work. They are spying on you to find out what websites you visit, and give you ads in accordance with that.
It is certainly not BB trying to capitalize off of this tragedy. Just means he is investing quite a bit to get this business off the ground.
