It seems everyone connected to this story wants something. How long will it be before Michelle Gordon wants money for telling why Nick lived with WH?

To me it should be wrong for a "Dr." Phil to videotape someone knowing they are WAY under the influence and sell that tape to further gain for themselves. The rehab place where he was to go got advertising and I question whether Dr. Phil actually is "paying" for NG's rehab. To me he may have shamed NG but to me he should be ashamed as well.

Everyone is so concerned about NG, what about BK, she is the one that has suffered the most and her life is over as she knew it.
NG family has now put all the news on him. Actually everything in Dr Phil segment can be used in court............
Why isn't Dr. Phil trying to help Cissy or Bobby? Because they are NOT stupid.

No, because BB is exercising his right to vigorously safeguard his daughter's privacy. As much as I would like to know the specifics of how she is doing, I respect that.

My guess is that he is just not ready to accept the inevitable and is just not willing to share her or news of her with the world. I can not fault him for that. The world does not matter. This is his child and my guess is that he believes someone tried to kill her and is protecting her fiercely. I hope that he has good support and drs who will be truthful with him. She has not woken up since the day she went in there and I believe she never will. It is so sad and heart wrenching that she is in this place.
I feel for Bobby. It is tough to watch your adult children make mistakes and not be able to do anything about it until it is too late.

I also respect the family and their wishes. I am hoping no one is giving them false hope. Reality hurts but not as bad as the false hope.
For all we know, BK could be in another facility by now.
Step mom left, did she ever return? Is all the family still there in Atlanta?
Not 1 picture, so everyone could of left. March 4th BK birthday was he last we heard the 2 families were together. 10 days ago.

One of the panel contributors on Dr. Drew this past week (I forget which night) said that Bobbi Kristina's brain might need several months or longer to "heal" if she is brain-injured. If the family is hearing this from those caring for BK, she might remain in coma/on ventilator for a long time. Thoughts and prayers for BK and her family. :rose:

Ever notice that NG always looks at the camera? BK has the personality, she smiles and waves. For some reason this photo bothers me.
NG is very handsome But I think he could be Jekyll & hyde.

O/T 55 years ago a nun made my CCD group go up a cathedral steps ( seems like 100) on our knees praying for a peaceful death. We were all 10-12 years old and thought our nun was crazy. Now I want to do it again. I understand completely now, what it all meant. The world we now live in is so different.

NG sure had allot of parents ??? caring??? for him?
It still goes to questions about when, why was NG let go? into WH life?

His stepdad seemed to be well spoken and seemed to care a lot about Nick. I think I get now why NG went to live with WH at 18 and out of high school. I read somewhere that NG and BK were good friends even though he was 14 and he 18 (it happens). I think BK had a crush on Nick and being the daughter of a world famous person that was a worldwide traveler and gone a LOT BK asked that NG live with them (most filthy rich kids of famous people get whatever they want from their parents). I don't think it was a brother/sister type relationship at all but more of a boy toy for BK provided by WH.

There have been hundreds of photos showing both BK and NG smiling ....google it.

I agree, and I'm :redface: that I watched the show. I don't like Dr. Phil and have rarely watched his show, so I don't know how much of the NG interview was "real" and how much was scripted or staged for :drama: There is obviously something going on with this young man, but I don't know whether it's the result of alcohol and/or drug abuse, grief over the loss of WH and possibly Bobbi Kristina, or if Nick is overwrought with guilt for having somehow played in a role in BK's current condition. If Dr. Phil was able to get NG into treatment, I'm glad that Nick is getting much needed help for whatever ails him.

I know we are supposed to respect the families wishes etc and I do.. But how long is this going to go on for? 60... 90 days? Years? I just wonder at what point someone (doctors maybe) will intervene ?

I agree totally. I would also have to think long and hard about even bringing in a female non family member who was four years older as a "companion." 13-14 year old girls are very impressionable and if the older female was involved in drugs or other dangerous behavior, that is the last kind of companion I would want for my young adolescent. Now, my older daughter (4 years older) was viewed by my younger daughter as "a goody two shoes," and that has its own downsides, but still preferable to bringing in a companion with a drug problem.

Then again, as has been stated before, WH didn't demonstrate the best judgment in very many other areas, but still, you'd think the protective mother instinct would nevertheless reign.

I did some googling, maybe someone else can show me what I have been unable to find? Prior to WH's death, I'm not finding ANY pictures, interviews etc that included NG around her or beside her and BK. There's a ton of pics of WH and BK together, ESPECIALLY after her divorce from BB, BUT, none of WH with BK AND NG. As a matter of fact, I don't believe the general public even knew of him until after her death. WHY?

I admit I found it suspicious. No paparazzi photos of them going out for dinner.. No sign of him at events with them.. I certainly hadn't heard of him until after WH died. Surely if he was considered family he would've been involved in that Oprah interview?

When my daughter was 14, my son was 18. I worked hard to PREVENT her from getting too close to his 18 yr old friends. She was a bit to enamored by them and I would have NEVER allowed an 18 yr old 'friend' to move in with us when she was at such a vulnerable age. Just asking for trouble, IMO.

Given that NG is a Grade A con artist, IMO, I wonder if he told Whitney a made-up sob story about his home life in order to garner her sympathy and move in. With all due respect to Whitney, she didn't exactly strike me as the kind of mom who would do her due diligence to check out the story. I could easily see NG tell her he could hook her up with drugs in exchange for living there, and "protect" her and BK now that there was no longer a "man of the house."
