Body found 01/02/2012 in NW Harris County by a Boy Scout

The victim is 20-25 years old and was found nude and bloodied. Officials say there aren’t any clothes in the area and they have not been able to determine even a tentative ID.

This is near I-45 and is about 10 minutes from the GWBush Intercontinental Airport.

Johnathon Edward Shillings, 23, is accused of murdering 33-year-old Spring man, Brooks Dietrich Bierwirth, according to Harris County court records. Bierwirth was found by a Boy Scout leader and his troop on the 22200 block of Tuwa Road, near Willow Creek Bridge off the intersection of Kuykendahl and Dowdell on Jan. 2.
