Dungey now questioning why the truck wasn't pulled up closer to the garage where the lighting was better. Dungey asking him if he felt like the tall man on the cell phone wasn't interested in actually purchasing a truck.

If the jury has any doubt as to which one pulled the trigger, can both of these guys get away with first degree murder? Or in a case like this, does it matter who actually pulled the trigger?

They can find both guilty of first degree if the defendant(s) knowingly participated in the commission of a crime and did so with the intent required to commit the crime. Who actually pulled the trigger isn't necessary to convict.

Around 6:30/7 p.m., Bosma got a call about someone interested in his truck, Kancer said. Bosma said they were on their way, and coming from the Toronto area.

After leaving his dad's Kancer was contacted by a frantic Sharlene #Bosma. Tim hadn't come home. He tried texting Tim. No reply.

Crown Brett Moodie is examining Lassalin. He went to a home to get a statement, and attempted to get video surveillance footage on the date a cell phone was bought. It was a MObile Tech location in Etobicoke.
