Thinner traffic but the 407 is a toll route that tracks vehicles so I'm wondering why they would want to do that.

Here is the reference to the shorter guy asking versus the taller guy.

We could get a correction from the Tweeter. We've seen a few of those. You'd think the lawyers would pick up on that instantly if he changed his statement.

Re: the incinerator, this is taken from the original incinerator thread

BBM - this is NOT my quote but we sleuthed the models listed in MSM
Unfortunately the website for the manufacturer is no longer

You don't remember that figure before because that's not the model that was found on the farm. The incinerator on the farm was an SN250, not the SN500. The SN250 only holds 250 pounds, not 500, and only burns 100 pounds an hour. More creative journalism.

It's odd that none of the journalists ever mention the size of the opening either, and the fact that a body wouldn't fit without some extra work beforehand. Seems to me it would be simpler and faster to use an accelerant and toss a match.

Now, Sachak focusing on a movement to adjust the seat inside the truck

Also quicker way out of the City and to parts unknown.

Tracked by video toll though...

I'd imagine it was probably just to be able to "put the pedal to the metal" and test the truck at higher speeds.

They wanted to go on the 407 to get a better feel for the truck

That's a pretty remote highway that leads to exactly where they needed to go.

Good point! Forget the transponder.....it's the video cameras at all exits and entrances that could pose a problem.

Tumanenko is being slightly combative on the stand with Sachak. Doesn't seem to understand some questions. #MillardSmich

Huh!? In a previous tweet he said that it was the smaller guy who asked what he did in the Israeli army? Did I get that wrong?

I found this tweet clearer. I think sometimes reporters are writing to fast without double checking content. Or some of them are misunderstanding what is said. Somebody in one of the tweets said Igor is speaking with a heavy accent.

When backseat guy asked what he did in army, IT turned and said "you don't want to know." Says tall guy turned & made eye contact w back guy

Sachak is trying to confirm with Tumanenko that there were no words exchanged when the taller guy glanced back at the shorter guy...

I agree, however, they weren't terribly smart about their cellphone use, security videos at the hangar etc. I'm not buying stock in the fact that they even thought about the fact that the vehicle would be tracked on the 407.

I think Igor's testimony is going to have a huge impact on the jury. He isn't wishy washy at all. Very definitive and coming across as a no-bull guy who doesn't miss anything. Some of the details he has noted are things that 99% of people would not even retain for 5 seconds. MOO

Sachak and Justice Goodman are visibly frustrated. Brought proceedings to screeching halt. #MillardSmich

Tumanenko isn't really understand the question though. Can't give a straight answer. #MillardSmich

Igor and Millard lawyer arguing over whether looks shared by tall and short guy seemed like a big deal at the time. #Bosma

Many of Tumanenko's responses to Sachak have been fairly sarcastic, and he regularly interrupts him. #MillardSmich

Oh c'mon Igor, don't George Anthony the place up

Might be a little bit of a language barrier which is making the back and forth a bit tough. Tumanenko has a thick accent, which sounds like Russian to me

Tumanenko gave a 12 page statement to police about the test drive

Every juror is sitting there right now thinking the same thing we are. There is no way they were going to mess with this guy, hence why TB became the target.
