Your dates are off. He met the accountant Friday. The cops visited Friday. He was arrested Friday.

AJ went to the police Friday after being fired.

MSM are reporting that he was arrested May 11th, which was a Saturday.

Where are these pics coming from? Do you have the original link rather than just the photo link? Is this the interior of IT's truck when they looked for fingerprints? Or pictures of TB's truck before it was stolen?

My apologies, I thought I posted the article link.

These are from the Sun, and were in yesterday's article, there are 17 slides.

I missed the last 2 days, so, I figured this was already discussed, but, thought others might want to look at the pics.

I'm confused - didn't they say the seats were burned?

These pictures are labeled as evidence from Tim's truck by The Sun

Are you sure? All reports of his arrest are from the Saturday. Perhaps the visit and arrest were all on that day? That's why I was confused. I thought there were two separate visits. :waitasec:

HAMILTON - A 27-year-old Toronto man has been arrested in the investigation into missing Ancaster man, Tim Bosma.

Dellen Millard was taken into custody without incident while driving on Cawthra Rd. in Mississauga, Hamilton Police said Saturday.

An employee at the Region of Waterloo Airport — who would not provide his name — confirmed Hamilton Police visited a private hangar at the airport Saturday morning.

I thought we had a big discussion about him getting up early on a Saturday to meet an accountant? (Turns out he was probably already there from the night before LOL)

Those pictures are from the sun and state that the truck was presented as evidence. Those photos were not listed in the article as being evidence. Both pictures are of the front seat. It looks like they were photos taken before the truck was stolen. The first of the front seat with a seat cover. The second showing the seat stains under the cover. Likely taken by TB for the sale of the truck.
Pictures of the truck that were evidence - showing it after it was recovered showed the interior stripped and it was reported that seats without upholstery were found in the trailer with the truck.

Theory: Could those be more pics TIM took before selling it?

Reasoning:

Seats seemingly not stripped, burned, or bloody
Rear view mirror not ripped down (as we saw in an earlier trial pic)
Truck seems to be in residential location in one shot

The shot of an after market seat cover being pulled back to show stains could be a "due diligence" thing from an honest seller.

Just a theory.

...which espresso bean beat me to...

...but I beat Kamille, so there's that. ;)

Thanks. If those pics are Tim's truck, it appears they were provided to LE by Sharlene and were taken before the truck was stolen? They appear to be taken in a home garage on a large piece of property so it's likely from their garage?

Jennings testified that it had been made clear to him that Millard's business — including that fact that he never saw any airplane work at the hangar — was none of his business.

"(Shane) said 'we don't talk about that. We don't talk about Dell's business, and that's how it works … I didn't ask questions and I didn't want to know," he said.

When Dungey asked if this meant everything had to be run by Millard — for example, bringing in a truck or taking a trailer — Jennings said "absolutely."

No they are not. The arrest was announced on Saturday. It took place on Friday.

Regarding the arrest timeline, the reports are really inconsistent. CBC recently reporting it was May 11th, while their earlier reports state May 10th
Going way back, it seems that he was arrested in fact, on the Friday. I think what MSM got confused was that he was actually first charged with anything Saturday morning.

This is better.

The Hamilton Spec has the exact details of when these pictures of Tim's truck were taken - from Tim's phone - in April 2013

Yes, I remember back a couple of years ago we came across these ads by a quick google search of SS's name. I wish I kept note of the type of vehicle they each were. I wonder how many times DM and MS have done the car theft/murder crime.

I remember the ads. I remember googling the phone number. I even remember thinking to myself at the time (whether I posted here or not I can't recall) "how ironic would it be if someone just like DM shows up after calling about one of those ads?" (or something to that affect).

They are. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/hamilt...lard-1.3431969
I realize as my later post states, that it was the Friday. News reports have reported both dates.

The police did not inform the media of the arrest until Saturday. It is therefore correct to say police announced it Saturday, but the arrest itself took place Friday. Some news outlets may have erred and reported the arrest as taking place Saturday.

The phone records were one of the methods police used to zero in on Millard in the days before his arrest on May 11, 2013,

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/hamil...id-police-zero-in-on-dellen-millard-1.3431969

Just an example of another article saying May 11. It's pretty confusing when even the CBC can't get it right. LOL

Thanks for the clarification ABro. :)

You're welcome. I'm surprised at that error but I guess that's what happens when you fire all the senior copy editors.

Wasn't it stated some time ago when Wayne was still alive that Millardair was in the business of flying car parts south?

I think that was the founder Carl (DM's grandfather) that flew parts & cargo but I can't remember for sure??

Well, here we go
Carl Millard formed Carl Millard Limited in 1954, and it was not until 1962 that the name Millardair was adopted for the Airline Operation. Milardair was based in Toronto, Canada. Operations began using the Douglas DC-3. The main business was flying automotive parts and other cargo. In 1970 the DC-3s were used to fly passengers and in 1972 the Douglas DC-4 joined the company. The DC-3s were exchanged for Douglas C-117 Super Dakota and operations continued until finding slots at Toronto airport became difficult, coupled with other regulatory difficulties and Airline operations ceased on 31 May 1990. `
