I hope neither DM or MS have a long-lost identical twin! :scared:
I was thinking more along the line of, "So DM's DNA was there in his body in his saliva, blood etc? He wasn't trying to hide it?"

We all know lawyers and Crown Att's have co-counsels or assistant Crown att's. However, does anyone know if a judge has the ability to consult other judges during a trial on a matter of law, so they can make the correct ruling.
I imagine with all these legal arguments that the judge has to make decisions on, some of those decisions may be critical to preventing the eventual possibility of a mistrial or grounds for appeal. If I were the judge having to make dozens of rulings on these legal arguments each week, I would probably want to get another's opinion from time to time.
"A lot of blood was found inside and outside of this vehicle," Sloots says. Many stains were sampled out of an "abundance of caution," he says.

A DNA reference sample was taken from Bosma's toothbrush. Court now seeing a photo of blood sampled from underneath the truck. "Tim Bosma cannot be excluded as the source of that DNA profile," Sloots says. The chances of it coming from someone else are 1 in 18 quadrillion, he says.
