I just speculated that it was a possibility. They drive to the field, DM pulls the gun and says something like "be cool, we're taking your truck. Don't move or I'll kill you. Smith gets in the other vehicle. The trucks pull away, the plan being to leave TB in the middle of nowhere without a phone. Tim contemplates the situation while Millard drives and decided to make his move when he believes Millard is distracted. The reason I theorize this is that no glass was found in the field and the witness testified that he didn't see any sort of a ruckus going on.

This could be the only possible scenario where one of them wasn't actually present, however as others have pointed out, if he's killed during a kidnapping they are both still guilty.

No, you suggested in your post I commented on, that you believe DM was driving at the time of the shooting. Why do you think the truck was moving when TB was shot? They field where the Yukon was park was about a minute drive or less from TB's laneway. MOO.

I have always wondered this. If it was always part of the plan, why didn't they bring this incinerator to the Hangar ahead of time? It does seem that it wasn't well planned out, thus could have been a last minute decision. IMO, MOO!

Picking up the incinerator caused no problems - it was practically on the way. I expect DM needed a covert place to keep the incinerator to avoid prying eyes. Was it really safe to keep the incinerator at the hangar? Once it was there, DM told everyone not to come into work.

10 minute long video? What in the world were they caught on camera doing? Hoping this answers a bunch of questions....

Sorry, hold on, I haven't been able to pay much attention today, but are they suggesting what I think they are suggesting here?

Edit: Ugh, if so this is worse, it means he was alive and possibly in fear much longer. :(

Why oh why would skinny little TB fight an armed gunman? I have a real problem with people suggesting TB did something to "deserve" being shot.

And I don't think TB would fight with anyone over his truck. I think his first instinct was to get the gun away from DM so he couldn't shoot him. Unfortunately DM won in the struggle and TB didn't have time to flee. Everything probably happened so quick. :( RIP Tim. Justice is coming.

The video is ten minutes long. So they were stopped there. This is where TB was shot. Did DM shoot TB first in the field leaving him incapacitated and then shot him again twice to finish...? OMG. MOO.

Well why wasn't the incinerator at the hanger where they needed it? Guns are used far more often to intimidate than they are to execute.

Whatever, we'll never know exactly what Tim may have done because his body was turned to dust. Smith and Millard will never tell the truth, so we are left to ponder what possibilities make sense.

And what did Millard tell people? "We're going to steal a truck". Would he do that if he was planning on killing someone?

Once the incinerator got to the hangar, DM texted everyone and told them to stay away. Once they got it back on the farm, people were free to come back to the hangar.

Guns may be used to intimidate, but in this case we know one was used to execute. Statistics don't help here.

Smich is hinting at the truth through his lawyer, suggesting TB was shot in the neck and DM put the gun in his satchel.

Would DM tell people that he was planning to kill and expect no reaction? Really? He didn't tell people that he planned to kill LB or WM either (well, so far, that we know of).

Paxton says just as vehicle arrived in video there were two big booming sounds.

So TB was shot twice while DM was driving? OMG.

I would think it would be hard to keep someone at gunpoint while you're driving - keeping with the theory that there were only 2 perpetrators and one was driving the Yukon - .. perhaps whoever was driving TB's truck with TB in it noticed he was still alive and was reaching for his phone? The driver shot at him again as they drove by Bobcat, and pulled over at Kemira to get rid of the phone?

No way that gun would make loud booms! He noted the large truck going by at the same time as a reference to that I believe. MOO

  • #257
well if he was alive up until Bobcat in Brantford then the Yukon was following behind and DM had to have shot him unless there was a 3rd driver..so to me if Smich was not even in the vehicle then how would he get 1st degree..unless this is something they can't really prove that those booms were gunshots.

Still watching the video. Hasn't been explained yet why we're seeing such a long portion of it.

My apologies again for the fact that I've been mostly AFK today. This is definitely on a timeline where we know only ONE person was in the truck with Tim? AFTER the video of two trucks?

I hope we are jumping the gun here, thinking the same as everyone but I hope it was something else, not gun shots. I have a hard time thinking DM would be alone in truck driving with a gun on Tim at the same time, IDK. Did they restrain him somehow in the field before driving off possibly? Cuffs, ropes etc
