I don't think the image is flipped. DM's right hand is raised awkwardly. Texting maybe? Is MS wearing sunglasses?

What I notice missing is bloody footprints.

Two things of note:

1) The floor is awfully filthy for something that apparently AJ was always cleaning.

2) This is a still from 6am on the 7th (unless this is an "incorrect time stamp" one)

I still don't understand why the Crown didn't ask it in a more straight-forward way. For example, if I were to ask you right now "have you ever seen me prior to today?", your answer would be "no" and would not answer if you actually saw me today or not, which you didn't. If it was asked differently..."are those the 2 men you saw on May 6th?"..."yes"...leaves no room for interpretation. MOO

I think too many are reading more into it. She was asked if she had seen either of them before that night, she had not. How much more clear does it need to be?

Again, have you ever seen me before today?

I'd reply with, I've never seen you today or any other day. I'm pretty sure I can say Sharlene is smart enough to understand the question and that she'd be able to reply with "I saw that guy in my driveway but this other guy wasn't there. You've made a mistake".

You do understand this is a murder trial, right? I would think that clarity would be paramount. What is so difficult with asking "were these the 2 men in your driveway?". It was asked in that convoluted way for a reason. Can you tell me what that reason was, without insinuating that I am not smart enough to figure it out?

I'm late to the discussion on the bloodletting truck evidence, but I have to say, the sight of Tim's very being all over that truck from back to front, inside and out, on the bottom - fills me with disgust and horror, and the jury won't soon forget the sight of it - unfortunately.

That truck was a curse to the Bosma's with all the repair work before the murder. To witness the vile, evil clean up work of those two SOBs and whomever else had a hand in it - makes me wonder how there could possibly be a God.

Thinking of the pain and horror that Tim's family and friends are experiencing now, and will surely be in the years to come. 😕

That's how YOU would ask it if you were the one asking the questions and that's fine. I understand your question and I would answer your question if it was posed to me that way. However, the crown asked the question, with different words but I understand it as well and can answer and comprehend it just as clearly as your question. I'm not insinuating you are stupid. All I am saying is that I have faith that the jury also understood the question and her answer, that she had NEVER seen them before that night. Meaning, that night was the first time she had laid eyes on THEM.

Mark appears to be wearing some kind of coverall? does it look like that to anyone else? It is clear to me that these are DM with the Satchel and MS.

Mark looks like he is wearing a hoodie to me.

Remember earlier when the Crown asked for a break right after showing the video of the Eliminator being ignited? The dramatic effect!!! I think this is Pillay's version. But does he really have anything of substance? Just seems like a lot of noise to me. Noise, noise, noise! MOO

No lawyer envies the job these two have. If their client lies to them or won't take their best advice then all they can do is pick at inconsistencies they find to show due diligence on their part and avoid a lawsuit or mistrial for incompetant representation. JMO

I agree the question was asked carefully. It's possible SB wasn't able to positively identify either of them. I am also terrible at remembering even basic details about the physical characteristics of a person I just met.

I use a small cross body bag sometimes as well and I usually have the purse part on my right side, unless I am driving (because it interferes with the seatbelt). Maybe it is on his left because he just got out of the car.

I use a cross body purse as well. Most of the time I keep it on my left side because I'm lefthanded.

See, that explanation makes sense to me. Thank you.

I commented on how bad the tracks are on Dumfries Rd., but not on Oak Park. There is a set of tracks on Oak Park, but they are smooth, and not really close enough to Bobcat that you'd hear a truck driving over them.

MOO

On the subject of the booms, I used to live near a fairly major road... there was a spot with a slightly low catchbasin, whenever a truck drove over it, there would be TWO loud booms that echoed/bounced into my house like I was being blown up... Just a thought...

I flipped the image and tried to make it a little clearer...perhaps the surveillance camera is a flipped image..not sure but you can definitely tell it is them. IMO

Is the person who is allegedly MS wearing glasses or sunglasses?

It's his infamous attempt at the baggy gangsta look. IMO MOO

I wonder where the dog came from? was he already at the hangar? was he in the Yukon? They never went back to either MS or DM's home before going to hangar..so he must have been with them and in the yukon?

I can't tell you the reason, but I can make a completely uneducated guess....
- had not seen them before that night is specific enough without giving the defense something to cross-examine SB on...
DM's lawyer seems to be overly fond of going on record that a witness isn't sure, or didn't say, or has expectancy bias...

I cannot make out if the alleged MS is wearing his hi-top Vans Crooks and Castle sneakers to complete his look.

Early on in the trial, one of the journalists mentioned that there was a specific reason witnesses were not asked to explicitly identify the two. But either the journalist did not say what that reason was, or I don't remember it. But I'm sure it's in the tweets from trial day one or day two.

I wonder if the outfits they were wearing that night were ever seen again?
