On that note: I'm not that good with memorizing which vehicle is which, nor which address, and I'm not local so when the different towns are mentioned I have no idea of the significance. If anyone feels like filling in those details when they come up, I'm sure a lot of us would appreciate it. Like, for example, I know there's 'the maple gate residence' or something, but I don't know off top of head what that is.

Maple Gate residence is where DM lived in Etobicoke. The house where he grew up.
The address in Cambridge is one I don't think we have heard before. Cambridge is close to where the Waterloo Hangar is and in the same Waterloo Region.

ADD: and kramkat beat me to it!

I'm still wondering why DM needed to involve CN at all... what happened on the 9th to drop MS out of play? And why couldn't DM do the tasks himself?

Based on it being SS's van that went with the red pick-up, I am going to speculate that it was Shane's house that they moved the truck to? Unless I misinterpreted those tweets. MOO

When you're backing a huge trailer up flush against the front of your mother's house, probably helps to have a spotter on the ground?

Then again, they broke some lights doing it, so maybe it didn't help that much.

Is the Cambridge address for SS?
From the tweets, I had assumed this when he was following DM driving the red truck, which he left there and got in the van with SS.

ETA - exactly what DeepWoodsOff said in post #83

He could have easily done that on his own. Same with moving the incinerator. Backing up small, hard to see trailers is more difficult.

MOO.

Agree with your interpretation of the tweets, but I don't think SS lives in Cambridge.....I feel like this has come up.......does anyone have this info?

I don't know myself, but I thought posters on here had said SS lives in Brantford, back when we were wondering why they went through Brantford that night?

I thought SS lived in Brantford. Am I mixing that up?

I don't have time to dig up the info, but I am pretty certain that SS lived in Brantford close to AJ.

EDIT: Slow browser refreshing here...several beat me to it

We could almost be a choir, except the song would sound horrible. ;) (hoping a tiny bit of levity is understood - I mean no disrespect to Tim's loved ones)

Thank-you all for the very well organized threads during the court case - following along closely. It's great to have posts with the multiple reports from reporters inside the courtroom.

What are the chances it was SS taking care of the burn site at the farm early in the am of 7 or 8 May 2013 on orders from DM? Just doing what his boss asked him to do?

unless your a shady person yourself, there comes a time when you have some morals and would not participate in something so vile..the seats would have been saturated with blood..you would have to know what went down and that the owner of the truck had been killed. If this happened then I myself would be outraged that he was not charged as an accessory...just the fact that he participated in hiding DM's truck is leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Maybe the address in Cambridge is a mutual friend?

Cambridge - maybe that's where the IT guy and his bookkeeping wife live.

Jury now being recalled.

Millard was really starting to squirm by this point. He must have been a paranoid mess.
