I'm at work and can't seem to find the day that LW testified but I recall her saying that Robert Burns told her that she should contact LE when DM was first arrested and the proverbial +@$%$ had hit the fan.

At the time I realized that there was a prior relationship between Robert Burns and the Dubiens/Williams. That became apparent. I recall thinking to myself....why would RB tell LW to contact LE about Accounting? Why?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that legal arguments ensued when the Crown tried to ask questions about the Eliminator invoice. I think it got a bit weird.

Now I'm thinking that the Legal Arguments were about the Eliminator Invoice. I think RB told LW to contact police about the Eliminator Invoice and the "comments DM made about going into business with RB to cremate pets", as opposed to the Company finances. Then when they couldn't get the questions asked that they wanted, LW came off looking lame and the Defence made her look incompetent.

What? Turning the barn into a 'home' is a new one, isn't it?

He really just made up whatever B.S. story he felt like, to whomever he was talking to at any given moment.

Hussey described the Eliminator as "trailer mounted and not overly big." About 2 metres high, and had a door. " To open the unit there were two wing nuts."

Hussey is shown this photo, and says it's the device he saw.

Oh come on, wouldn't you like to have a livingroom you could hose down, and just let everything drain out the manure gutter?
