"There was no actual maintenance done" on aircraft, he says. Helped Dell try to make car that wouldn't need to run on gas. "Soups up" cars.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Hangar had airline maintenance tools in it.

"That's because you had an ambition -- and that ambition was to have your own company," Sachak says. Hussey says yes. Sachak says the situation would have been advantageous for him because Millard could kick in some cash. Again, Hussey says yes.

Mar 10 2016 2:58 PM
"You concluded he could invest some funds," Sachak says. "That's correct," Hussey says.

So the Defense firmly indicated that the woman doing DM's books was not qualified to comment on the health of a business yet they are going to suggest that this kid was able to ascertain that DM had money to invest? These guys are just too much. MOO

Well at least that answers that. Glad to know that wasn't stolen property as well.

Hussey: "A little bit." #Bosma

Now talking about removing hay from barn. Eliminator was not concealed in any way.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 47s48 seconds ago
He also saw excavator at farm. Came from Hussey's father's company which sells heavy equipment.

Only if they provided their phones. Any of them could have deleted texts on their phones, which would mean unless they had them backed up somewhere, LE can't see them. I'm sure the person testifying provided his phone with the texts for evidence.

Im not sure an actual phone is needed to retrieve text content.
According to my local LE, This can be done through court order and cell provider. Your secrets are never safe he told us! We looked into this against my sisters ex but could only retrieve ex's texts with court order and prove ill harm against her.
This is why I'm surprised we haven't heard what the texts were. So maybe LE officers were wrong?

Hussey and Schlatman were tasked with removing the engine in the winter months. Hussey installed it, he says.

Mar 10 2016 3:04 PM
The excavator was stuck in a swamp.

Mar 10 2016 3:04 PM
"He had the money to buy an engine," Sachak says.

(Again, why is Hussey being treated as a forensic accountant?)

(Edit, and why is Sachak emphasizing the kid's nervousness repeatedly? That is UBER creepy. Is he trying to intimidate him?)

There was also an excavator at the farm that DM bought from Hussey's dad's biz. Soon after he bought it, he blew the engine. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 18s19 seconds ago
Millard buys excavator and blows the engine. Hussey had to go to swamp at Chrstmas time with Shane Shlatman to look at stuck machine.

Sachak says Millard bought the excavator "even though business was slow."

Mar 10 2016 3:05 PM
"You're probably saying 'Jesus Christ,' this guy buys the excavator, blows the engine, and then has the money to buy another engine. Good guy to go into business with," Sachak says.
