I have added some of the communications between Millard and Whidden to my timeline, so you can see where they fit in with everything else.

It sure does put a different slant on everything .... his net proceeds would only be the spread between his (paper) purchase price and the selling price , less his bank charges , broker fees , and legal costs ..... heck of a difference than what were were lead to believe (DM's first lawyer) who said DM owned numerous properties that were all paid for.


HAAAA .... side note .... the one thing I never expected was the Soap Opera aspects of this case .... what turned out to be a boring day at trial has got the news world all abuzz.

I have never watched a soap opera in my life but today I came really really close

Wow! Just caught up. I actually had to work today. I was driving around with my cell on with AC's tweets coming through. I turned the sound off because I could tell it was annoying my co-worker who was driving. I told her it was pretty boring today so I'd turn off. On the way back I turned it on just a Lisa Whidden took the stand. I seemed to recall the name as one of the phones and pings that we had heard about. I actually gasped and then I was all in.

I can't imagine CN is very happy with this revelation. :noooo:My oh my, but DM did get around. Amazing what the presumption of wealth and prosperity will do for a guy in the women dept!

I feel guilty enjoying this because SB has to sit and listen to all this crap.

I fear there will be more. CN put her own life and future on the line for this guy. He used her and many many more for his own personal gain. What a sleazy piece of work.

As far as I can see, he's never done an honest day's work. He's a user and a loser.

So who was DM setting up to be the one who broke into his house and stole some of his stuff? I don't suppose he called the police on that theft? Why would he? He's rich so he doesn't need his stuff back right? His house appeared to be a revolving door flop house for a bunch of people. Was this just another one of those random lies that don't make sense and don't fit into the overall "some other dude did it" defense he was hastily trying to come up with?

I'm not sure he was setting someone up at all. I think he was just getting a detail out to someone so that if anything was discovered he could say that it wasn't him. He'd just say my house was broken into. This or that was stolen. They must have used (blank) but it wasn't me.

I think he worked. Not honest work, but work.

I'm not so sure he used Whidden. Seems to me he was the booty, not her. A Playa' nonetheless.

I believe MS is the one he is trying to setup. I believe MS had no idea a murder was going to happen, whereas DM clearly planned this beforehand (IMHO) and now he is trying to make sure MS takes the fall for him.

Well I can imagine that DM's life was stress filled.

1. He is having difficulty finding the money to close on a condo and is in danger of the deal falling through and losing his deposit I am sure.

2. He is juggling multiple women.

3. He just killed a guy.

4. I think he's starting to realize that he's screwed. Everything is closing in on him. Money, the hangar operation, criminal activity and the reality that this truck he just killed a guy over he's most likely not going to be able to use.

When I heard the text info that he was 'working on trading his gas truck for a diesel', my stomach turned... again... the day before TB's fatal test drive... :tears:

I can't feel sorry for her. If I recall correctly CN was on the horizon when DM was splitting himself between the fiancé and LB....and then moved in when an opening presented itself. I think she knew all along what DM was all about and she was up for the skydiving and whatever else came along. She's been charged as an accomplice after the fact .....this is no sweet heart.

LW being Whidden? So you think she had 2 phones? Because there was activity to all of "whidden", "wishbone", "Scott" and "spafford".....and as far as I know we have only heard from one (although I think we know who spafford is)....maybe "Scott" is Scotty that whidden referred to in her testimony today?

When phone records first came out, there were many names listed that had contact with DM phone during that week. RN479 listed them.
