Except he contacted her on May 5th during that "vacation" talking about trading his gas truck for a diesel. And she didn't ask him where he was? I think her memory of things is about as good as SS's.

MOO

I just reread the tweets of her court appearance, and she admits only the information that is contained in the texts. According to her, there were no other conversations - no personal discussions, and no communications of any kind, other than the texts. There is no context, no background, and no follow-up to any of the texts.

No wonder she is smiling as she leaves the court room. She sure pulled the wool over everyone's eyes. Wink. Wink.

You have an intimate "casual" relationship with someone for a year, and the only communication you have with that person is a handful of disjointed, disconnected text messages. Right.

And then on Sunday, it's really going to be a 6 foot tall bunny that leaves all the chocolate eggs for everyone.

If you'll notice, all the people Millard befriended come from a much lower income bracket. I suspect that was a major part of Millard's appeal to these people, that he gave them access to a side of life that they otherwise would never see. So if Millard bangs his real estate agent occasionally, you put up with it. If Millard steals a truck, you put up with it. If Millard kills a few people...

I wonder if MS was allowed to participate in these nice events like Baja 500 in Mexico or holidays in Europe or something like that except standard parties with some drugs and some rappers available.

Oh I'm sure there was ALOT of text deleting going on..go go Gadget moves! These people knew what to keep for LE and what to delete..SS and LW and I'm sure if there are more with text evidence, we'll see the same shyt! Heck, I do this because my daughter uses my phone. Some of my text runs don't make sense whatsoever lol

HAMILTON - A 27-year-old Toronto man has been arrested in the investigation into missing Ancaster man, Tim Bosma.

Dellen Millard was taken into custody without incident while driving on Cawthra Rd. in Mississauga, Hamilton Police said Saturday.

“It is believed that Dellen Millard is also the driver in the truck incident that took place in Toronto previously,” Supt. Dan Kinsella said.

Someone here on WS posted the assumption DM had to change his old red truck against another similar truck because of possible traces of another murder in the red truck. Maybe, there are no traces of another murder but traces of an incident/accident?

Oh but there was, she admitted right here....

"We seemed to be good friends." Hundreds of texts, some phone calls, some emails. She's now on no contact order with Millard.

She even admitted to using her kids phone to contact DM.

I believe that (incident) was in reference to the Igor test drive.

The woman is Lisa Whidden, who started off as Millard's Realtor, then became his lover and is now under a subpoena as a Crown witness at his murder trial.

The reason Whidden does not recognize Leitch is because she has never met him. The jury has learned, through the course of this trial, that the Crown usually meets with its witnesses to prepare them for court. That was not the case here. Nor did Whidden, as the jury heard, ever give a statement to police, though she was asked to do so several times.
Ok so when was she subpoenaed? Could she have been in court if she was just called as a witness? When was she placed in handcuffs, etc? I'm confused over this still.

Yep, because when he did show up, there was a pot of gold waiting for him at the end of the rainbow if he sold his soul to the Devil! ....and he made the Faustian pact!

Interesting reference to Faust......Can't help but feel we are on a ride through another level of chaos and muck that puts me in mind of the "9 Circles of Hell".
There is actually a video game titled 'Dante's Inferno' ...wonder if there's an online version????

Good morning all, I can post AC's tweets again today. If today's witness is indeed 'the roommate' aka AM, it should be an interesting one.

From the sounds of it, she was cuffed on the 11th of May...day after DM'S arrest.
I don't think she was just called as a witness but subpoenaed after she picked her phone up on Oct 2013. She was given another chance to give statement then and she refused which would fuel the subpoena.

This happened with me, I didn't want to be involved with a case. I was told they would subpoena me anyways. I had a LE at my door within weeks with subpoena in hand. I never met the Crown nor did I ever meet the LE untill the week I testified. If I had of been in the court room, I'm sure they would have pointed that out while I was on the stand.

ETA: of you are a witness in a case. You are required to be in court (but not in the court room) incase they call you up. I was to be in court for 3 weeks everyday untill I was call to stand. Since I was 3 hours away, they gave me a better time when to be in town and since I was 10 mins from the court (at parents) they let me just come in when they were ready for me (I was also dealing with a very sick kid) Otherwise, I would have had to be there everyday.

I'm not sure how the Hamilton court entry works but I had to show my ID and got searched before I could even get to the lobby. So it would have been known if she tried to go and watch.
Even if she was in the courts prior to testimony what would the difference be? She is ONLY testifying to what was in the text messages and nothing more.

Susan Clairmont mentioned seeing an older blond woman in court who was smiling at DM. When asked who she was, she didn't respond. I'll try to find the link. Anyone else remember this?

I recall something of that nature, uncertain if it was Susan who addressed the woman or someone else.

It happens. I've had even less contact than text messages.

You would think Susan Clairmont would have mentioned this? "That older blonde women smiling at the accused is now on the stand" JMO unless Susans memory is as bad as mine lol

If it is AM testifying today here's hoping that he will do the right thing and tell the truth. Not half truths. I think he will. From the start police did say that Andrew has co-operating.
