Millard arrived and asked V to bring the key to that unit. He and Christina wanted to check on renos. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7s7 seconds ago
Javier does not remember giving him the key that night. But he showed them the apartment so he could see renos. Javier kept key.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10s10 seconds ago
He met him outside, opened the door to get in. He kept the key. They took a look inside, 15/20mins, then they left. #Bosma

This apartment is at Riverside Drive. He says Millard and Noudga wanted to see how the renovation was progressing. "They took a look at the apartment and then they left."
by Adam Carter 2:19 PM

Villata says they left, and he locked it. He says he had one key, but there were others, and maybe Millard had one.
by Adam Carter 2:20 PM

What are we getting at here - what was found in unit #2?? I hope someone swabbed the drain of the "operational" shower...

Or maybe a framing did actually happen. Maybe we are all so dead set he's guilty that we willingly overlook evidence to the contrary? It's a just though... I'm personally not so sure of anything at this point.

... what is this evidence to the contrary exactly? What evidence supports that he may have been framed?

I'm open to it - I just haven't seen any to this point.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 30s30 seconds ago

To me the framing idea goes completely out the window with the video of him, his dog and MS at the hangar the night of the abduction. For a guy that claims he was framed he sure was right in the middle of things. MOO

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
More texts now. 12:28 pm Millard says "I forgot some stuff in the van, are you at Maplegate". Corrects it to "Riverside." Javier says yes.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 58s59 seconds ago
20 mins later V responds: "yes sir I am here." Then "sorry I didn't see the msg before." Millard says np, he got what he needed. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 40s41 seconds ago
V did not see him that day, and has no idea what he took from the van. Doesn't recall what was inside the van. #Bosma

  • #170
Millard said he got what he needed from the van that day, but Villata didn't see Millard that day he says, and doesn't know what he took from the van.
by Adam Carter 2:26 PM

Now looking at the morning of May 6 -- the day Bosma vanished.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Permission from court to read his police statement to refresh his memory. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 35s35 seconds ago

He says he believes he was paid in cash -- about $900. Villata says he thinks this was pay for two people.
by Adam Carter 2:34 PM

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Javier worked there all day. Paid in cash. The money was for Javier and another worker.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 16s17 seconds ago
Pay was roughly $900. Some 2 or 3 weeks late. Millard left and came back with cash. V (and 2 others) worked until 5 or 6. #Bosma

funny how SS never said anything about AM or RB showing up..just about the text that DM says to leave the keys and that ANdrew was coming by to pick up his corolla. Perhaps that was another legal argument?

Im more interested in the SEE part of that reporters tweet. He said he left hanger just after 8pm, didn't see DM but texted him (I think that's what I read) but reporter writes "SEE/SPEAK to his boss till later that evening" in her tweet. Frugal slip from SS or reporter error??

He did say he was waiting for AM and RB to pick up car then left after 8pm. So that was probably good enough for Crown.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 17s17 seconds ago
Javier was working with his brother and brother-in-law. Finished between 5-6 pm that day. Can't recall if Millard was still there.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 47s47 seconds ago
Millard showed up at Etobicoke home on May 6, while Villada was laying stone to fix the driveway. He was paid $900, some weeks late

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 17s18 seconds ago
Millard brought his $ shortly before he left for the day. He can't recall if they had any further contact that day. Doesn't think so. #Bosma

  • #177
According to Villata's police statement, Millard paid them in the evening.
by Adam Carter 2:37 PM

Now asking about Tuesday, May 7.
by Adam Carter 2:39 PM

Now taking the afternoon break. Back in 20 mins.
by Adam Carter 2:40 PM

We have only been back in session for 40 mins... break time, already?

  • #178
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 45s46 seconds ago

Answering Post #149:
But this was something I missed Monday....found it when looking for when SS said he left hanger.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
Schlatman worked at #Millard hangar May 6, 2013, the day #TimBosma went missing. Didn't see/speak to boss until later that evening

Didn't SEE/SPEAK TO BOSS UNTILL LATER THAT EVENING?? Typo from reporter?? Or did reporter catch that when others did not??
See Post #134 of 03-21's testimony, which details the texts between SS and DM discussing the code for the hangar door, as a result of SS locking his keys in the hangar.
