Hmmm....maybe he was starting a cell phone museum. He looks like he covered much of my cell phone history.

Anyone else find it odd that "Marlena Meneses" and her phone number are written like that on the calendar? Why the full name? Why even write the phone number? Wouldn't it be in your cell phone? Why add it to the calendar? And if you did put it on the calendar, why not just MM? It just strikes me as odd. Not suggesting anything sinister...it just stands out a bit to me. MOO

Yeah, I know. It's weird.

It seems to me that Smich was just using that room as a storage room. He didn't stay there IMO. He was staying with MM and other places I suppose.

CKCO TV morning news reported that today there would be two witnesses on the stand.....Schlatman, manager of the hangar and a forensic firearms specialist :)

Ahhh...might be the toolbox explanation

The Twitter reporting was confusing yesterday regarding whether the four cell phones were found at MS's mother's house or MM's apartment on Speers.

I think they were found at MM's (although the box to the Blackberry phone was found in MS's bedroom).

So there was a search warrant executed at MM residence? I missed that one.

Unless they provide more information around those phones, I don't see anything really strange. Many homes have old phones bagged and ready to donate, give away, or to recycle.

Most modern phones use SID cards and they can be exchanged with phones designed for the same service type. The SID card is the identifying piece that ties a cell account to a number. The phones may have locally stored data that has some information, but that has not been mentioned.

Imo, the name and phone number wasn't written by MS, the numbers and name appear to be of an older generation font.
See the sloppy "child like" numbers as they appear at the top of the calendar page and compare to MM #s.
I could be way off base but I believe someone else wrote her # and name incase they had to contact MS through MM. Screenshot_2016-03-31-09-24-45.jpg

Yeah, agreed.

Also, she has a 416 exchange, though I believe lives in Burlington or Oakville. Though that's not totally unusual since I know many people who bought and registered their phone in 416 even though they live in 905. I being one!

Co-accused in murder of Tim Bosma overshadowed at own trial by Dellen Millard

“You know Mark Smich?” Javier Villada, an employee of Millard’s, was asked on the witness stand by one of Millard’s lawyers, Nadir Sachak.

Villada said he did.

“You see him now, in court?”

“I can’t see him right now,” Villada said, scanning the room in Smich’s direction.

Adding a dramatic flourish, Sachak, in his flowing black robes, squatted down on the floor, moving out of the way.

“Maybe if I duck down?”

It didn’t help. Villada said he didn’t recognize Smich, who sat motionless.

“He looks differently now?” Sachak offered.

“Yes, definitely,” Villada said.

Exactly what I was getting at!!!! Might be as simple as MS's mom wrote it there.

By the way...has there been any discussion about MS's mom? I mean I am sure she didn't think her son was going to become a doctor, but she probably also wasn't expecting to find the police at her door with a search warrant. I just haven't seen much (or anything) about his mom. Doesn't mean it wasn't discussed...just that I missed it.

For clarity I don't find anything strange about the phones being there at all. I have a few laying around my house. I was just using the phones as an opportunity to be a smart 🤬🤬🤬. It was the way MM was noted on the calendar that I found strange.

Looks like Smich had a doctor's appointment on May 8th at 2:45. I think his mother wrote those things on the calendar. JMO

Was just looking at that as well while comparing the font script. Over 20yrs old and mommy still keeping tabs/making doctor appointments for her little boy.
Does anyone know if MS has development issues?

Based on the "grocery" list I can see why MS had such trouble finding work. His spelling was atrocious. He misspelled basic words that a 3rd grader could spell.

Well he was arrested spraying graffiti. He was probably very very easy to manipulate into doing anything. He skateboarded around, riding a bike. This guy was essentially a kid. JMO
