Funny how some people think the know everything by reading maybe a hundred tweets a day. There is 5 or six hours of testimony a day, we are all missing most of it.
I'm not sure about that. AC tweets every couple minutes. I've been in court a lot and followed along with his tweets and I'd say he's extremely accurate. Kudos to AC for the great coverage. :) MOO

The obvious innuendo is that Millard cleaned something there and wanted it rinsed thoroughly. But that idea doesn't fit in with their own timeline and cell records does it?

I have no idea how or where it fits in. I'm also not making any kind of innuendo personally, because the whole "let the hoses run all day" makes no sense to me at all unless he wanted soft ground for some reason.

Not sure why you are quoting me? I never referred to myself as knowing anything. I was asking for facts. A link to MSM preferably.

"the Gringo way"?????

Isn't that a term supposedly used by Mexicans?? Is Sachak implying that because Villada is Columbian he is therefore "Mexican"??? How is this lowlife allowed to practice in a Canadian court of law? Sorry for the over the top reaction but I feel this is racial profiling to a degree and I'm shocked that the judge didn't reprimand him. And I'm not even addressing the fact that some caucausians may be offended by the term Gringo. I am speaking to the fact that he seems to be profiling South Americans as being all the same!
Certainly a risky style that may raise the eyebrows of a Juror or two. MOO

Well, yes and no. It's used in many Spanish speaking countries but generally applies to white Americans in a sort of "stupid white people" kind of way. I used to live in so. California and the only time I *ever* heard the word used was by Mexicans and used in the exact same racial slur context as a racist person would use the N word. It was always used to insult and demean. Although I'm not sure it's *always* used that way in all Spanish speaking countries, or even if Sachak knows this, or cares.

EDITED to add: turns out (after a little googling) - it doesn't always mean the same thing everywhere, and it IS used in Colombian culture as well simply to mean non-Spanish speaking people. Go figure, I guess it all depends on where you are, how it's used, and why.

I was corrected on this point several threads ago. A swab was taken however, it was never said that it was blood. I think we all assumed it was (and I still do) however, we do not know that as fact.

There were two vehicles involved in the crime. Not much mentioned up to this point about the Yukon, and when the carpet was removed. With what has been described as a blood letting, with blood found on Eliminator, gloves and on the outside of TB's truck, I would expect the Yukon to need some cleaning.

It would take both men to load the Eliminator, and we know they were moving or using both vehicles around the hanger during the night.

Maybe this needs to be addressed at the optimum time.

Court now back in session. Jury being recalled.

What was the risk? The Eliminator could be used almost anywhere they had access to tow it on the property. Don't forget that they burnt the seats on the property, and they emit a very foul and thick smoke.

Thank you for reminding me of how large the actual property is. Correct, the eliminator could go anywhere on the property but it may cause a phone call to police if the neighbor wasn't use to seeing activity at the farm at night.
I hate to even say this (I would make a terrible criminal) but, it's really dark on that road at night, what would the pair of them do while the Eliminator is running? No water to begin clean up either.
Again, I appreciate when people give alternate opinions on how/why. :)

grin·go
ˈɡriNGɡō/
nouninformal
(in Spanish-speaking countries and contexts, chiefly in the Americas) a person, especially an American, who is not Hispanic or Latino.

Last I heard Colombia is spanish speaking, so totally appropriate. Certainly not worthy of being deemed a "lowlife".

The next witness is retired police officer Mark Zivolak. He's finishing his testimony about continuity evidence -- basically how evidence was stored and catalogued.
by Adam Carter 2:19 PM

Just when I thought the afternoon might be exciting...

Zivolak has previously testified earlier in the trial, but he had to finish his testimony today because of some legal arguments.

The "lion's share" of his evidence is done, Crown Brett Moodie says. Today he'll cover electronic devices. #Bosma

Police officer Mark Zivolak continues his testimony. He's the evidence guy who tracks all the exhibits in the case. #TimBosma

Det Mark Zivolak is back to continue testimony about how he handled the evidence collected during #Bosma investigation

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 19s20 seconds ago
Zivolak's testimony is essentially about how evidence was collected/transported/stored/catalogued. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC now3 seconds ago
While dry, his role is important in terms of tracking and organizing the police evidence in the #TimBosma murder investigation.

I think one of the most important things that anyone who is attending this trial can do is make sure that they link to an MSM article before they post any information. There's so much information from the sessions when the Jury isn't there, IMO, anyone posting stands a risk of having HPS at your doorstep for posting info covered with the pub ban- just like the Facebook guy. Protect everyone- Link please!! If you can't find an MSM link- don't share. MOO

Where to swab a hose which is metres long, I wonder? A little everywhere?

Zivolak is going through the item numbers from blood swabs from Bosma's truck and talking about when they were sealed and where they were stored.
by Adam Carter 2:23 PM

This sort of testimony is among the most dry court has heard, but it important for showing that evidence was properly handled.

Lynn Cale @lecale1
@susanclairmont Was the $10k cheque sent directly from Burns to Whidden? Or did the cheque go from Burns to the agency, agency then paid out
Thank you for that clarification.

We're continuing now with continuity evidence. This is the dry-yet-critical tracking of each piece of evidence through forensic process.

Some dry continuity evidence happening at #TimBosma trial. It will be interesting to see what the cross examination yields
