"This was his drug toolbox," Sachak suggests. Yes, Hagerman says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 48s49 seconds ago
Toolbox was always at Maplegate parties. "He'd keep it locked." Had drugs in it. Hagerman assumed it still had drugs in it.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 31s32 seconds ago
He agrees this was troubling-why was he trying to get rid of this at 4am. Combined with his troubled look and the phone calls. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 29s29 seconds ago
#Millard dropped off the toolbox early am May 10, 2013, unplanned. It weighed 4-5 lbs. Hagerman knew it to hold drugs at #Millard parties

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 22s22 seconds ago
"I thought he was holding more meetings at Maplegate for the airport," he says. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 17s18 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario
Hagerman: I was concerned he was holding more meetings at Maplegate (Millard's home) for meetings instead of the Hangar #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 14s14 seconds ago
"I considered he was holding more meetings at the Maple Gate house for the airport" Hagerman said and Millard wanted it out of there. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 17s18 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario
Hagerman was troubled by the exchange, because it was 4 a.m. And Millard said 'it's best you not know.' #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 15s16 seconds ago
Hagerman is troubled by taking the toolbox. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 20s20 seconds ago
Sachak suggests that Hagerman said yesterday it weighed 4 or 5 lbs but in past he's always said it felt "light." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 22s22 seconds ago
He says Hagerman has made a lot of statements to police but never used the number 4/5 lbs. Hagerman believes he's always said that. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 16s16 seconds ago
Sachak now asks about May 10 texts btwn he and DM. #Bosma

For both test drives?

They arrived on foot for the IT test drive as well, something that Igor found unusual. "I was expecting a car."

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 41s41 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario
'It had weight to it. Four or five pounds,' Hagerman tells the court. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 26s26 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 43s43 seconds ago
The toolbox was locked. Nothing was "moving around in it." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 36s36 seconds ago
Toolbox was light and locked. Nothing sliding around in it.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 40s40 seconds ago
He said the way it was contained it seemed like it was stuffed with clothing or something. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 39s39 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario
Hagerman: The way everything was contained, it seemed it was stuffed with clothing. #Bosma

Something tells me that if Smich pulled the trigger that night with his own gun, that he would have made sure he went home with that same gun that night. Given the monetary value MS put on the gun, I just can't imagine him either intentionally or accidentally leaving it with DM that night. It would have been so central to his thoughts and experience that night, that the only way I can see him going home without a gun, would be if it was not his and did not pull the trigger.

Just a thought

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 15s15 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario

Sachak asks Hagerman if he remembers stealing planters, flowers and soil from a Garden Depot. Hagerman says he remembers a night from Halloween 2009 or 2010. "Dellen was driving, we were all drinking that night. We went to a Sheridan nursery and ended up with a bunch of plants in the car." Hagerman says. "The plants didn't fly into the car," Sachak says, to a laugh in the room.
by Adam Carter 12:07 PM

Hagerman says that he has stolen "when he was younger" without Millard involved.
by Adam Carter 12:08 PM

And for that matter so did Sachak....and over 90% of people on this site......what kid hasn't pinched something when they were younger. Sachak is such a he genius he could be the "brains of the Penguins" :hilarious::hilarious:

Not to mention, if MS pulled the trigger. Would DM be that awesome buddy to hold the smoking gun? Somehow I doubt it! I'd think he'd send it packing with MS from the go. MOO

  • #200
I really can't believe that if the cops raided DM's home on the 11th..why they would not tail anyone that DM had anything to do with..if they had..they would have had the toolbox with the gun in their possession..all they had to do was watch AM..who lived in the same house..they should have warranted his phone ASAP or at least surveilled him. The murder weapon would have been found then instead of buried.
