Strange that MS was concerned about selling the "smoking gun" for a lawyer. A pack-sack full of weed is a good haul, and can't be traced back to the murder. Something is off.

Personally was wondering if the sack full of weed was MS "payment" for mission complete. DM knowing LE was on his tail maybe figured MS was smart enough to get rid of the gun(s) before LE caught up to him. Imo

In one message, Hagerman says "LMAO" -- says that was a mistake, might have been meant for someone else. Sachak illustrating how this was a mistake, harkening back to his argument that mistakes happen in texts.

Sachak now asking Hagerman about when in his testimony yesterday he says he wasn't a friend of Smich. "Mark was interested in different things, he always wore a hoodie, he came across a little sketchy. We just never got on," Hagerman says.
