Just logging in but have now read all the posts - thank you! BIG THANKS to the tweet team for the tweets!

I'd like to know, did DM show any empathy towards his lifelong friend, MH, as his friend cried on the stand? Of course I already know the answer. DM is void of empathy, IMO.

All MOO.

toolbox May 10-11th Journey

May 10th around 4:00 am: handed off to MH by DM and CN
May 11th around 4:00 pm: driven to a location and dropped off at the bottom of stairs
May 11th around ???: MS picks up weed and toolbox
May ???: MS hands off the toolbox to Arthur.
May ???: MS gets the toolbox back and tries to sell the gun
Is this correct?

Good question.....I'm not saying he DID hand the toolbox over first, just that it's a possibility. But yeah....why not leave both the bag and toolbox with one person? Hopefully AM can shed some light on these questions...

So, AJ no longer has a relationship with SS and MH is disconnected from AM (as we have heard due to lies).
Again, imo, makes me question the credibility of SS. It's my understanding, telling the truth, under oath, regardless of what has been told to LE, can not be used against the person testifying. Makes me wonder if there are people on the "outside" that the witnesses may fear if all is out in the open.

I think MS had Arthur pick it up at the drug store stairwell and bring it to him.

So far, not one single person connected to DM or MS went to the police right away. We are hearing about loyalty to these two from every witness and about the witnesses not being forthcoming in police interactions until after a few visits. It blows my mind that they are all adults, not teens, and didn't come clean. They knew a man was missing (later heard murdered and incinerated), that TB had a young daughter and a wife who pleaded for his return and yet NOT ONE of these people did the right thing.

This all definately blows the mind of an average, law abiding citizen. But in the world of criminal activity, the standard mindset is, a rat is a rat is a rat, and it is the worst thing to be known as. As twisted and sick and stupid as that logic is, it is the way it is. So it does not surprise me..no, morally corrupt and sad, yes! MH is showing obvious remorse, saddness and he seems like a decent guy who is truly sorry.

"Sgt. Stuart Oxley of Hamilton police’s surveillance unit said his team watched Smich covertly for about seven days after Bosma’s disappearance, starting May 14, 2013." -NP

Lots of stuff went on between the 10th to the 14th.

You can catch up on the morning's testimony in this story:
Tim Bosma case: Millard's friends panicked, ditched evidence, court hears
Two of Dellen Millard’s friends panicked and ditched key evidence in the Tim Bosma case in a maintenance stairwell after hearing their friend was arrested for Bosma’s killing, court heard Thursday.

Smich's lawyer Thomas Dungey is now starting his cross-examination.
by Adam Carter 1:47 PM

"I want to start with these missions. The criminal ones. The one's that Mr. Millard's counsel think are a big joke," Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 1:48 PM

Let it out TD

"I want to start with these missions. The criminal ones. The one's that Mr. Millard's counsel think are a big joke," Dungey says.

BBM - Pillay and Sachuk really aren't doing themselves any favours with the way they cross-examine witnesses.......the swearing, bad jokes and callousness is wearing thin.....kinda like DM's courtroom antics.....

ETA - TD seems to understand proper etiquette....and knows how outraged the public is about this senseless crime....

So your buddy/roommate hands you a back pack that reeks of weed and says "hang on to this for me", then gets arrested and the house is raided.

Let's see a show of hands of all those who believe AM did NOT actually look in that back pack to see what was in it. (he totally looked inside, you know he did!)

And he's sitting on a sack of weed amidst a police raid so he hefts it out the door right past their noses?!!

"Did Mr. Millard think it was a joke?" Dungey asks. Hagerman says "not that I recall."
by Adam Carter 1:49 PM

Dungey suggesting that as Hagerman was scared, his incentive was the money. "It was just a bad moment in my life," Hagerman says.
by Adam Carter 1:50 PM

Hagerman says he was a little surprised to get the messages about the "missions." "It didn't sound too little to me," Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 1:51 PM

 • #254
Hagerman says these "missions" happened two or three times. Dungey says Hagerman had a "memory lapse" about stealing gardening gear. "We were 19 and we were stupid and drunk," Hagerman says.
by Adam Carter 1:52 PM

"You lied through the police through three statements, didn't you?" Dungey says. Hagerman says yes. "All for the protection of Dellen Millard." Dungey says. Hagerman says no -- it was to protect himself and his family's name.
by Adam Carter 1:54PM

"Lets go through your statements to show how many lies you tell and how much you protect Mr. Millard," Dungey says.

I think MS had Arthur pick it up at the drug store stairwell and bring it to him.

I'm feeling Silly - "Pick up a toolbox full of Drugs behind the Drug store" LOL what a coincidence..LMFAO

To be technical, marijuana and cocaine are not considered narcotics. Heroine is a narcotic.

Excerpt:
His Maple Gate home, which police searched after his arrest, was completelycustomized as a party pad where he and his friends could relax and have fun, featuring a large aquarium stocked with fish and turtles, said Mr. Ménardo.

“Hehas two maybe three TVs and two X-Boxes just for his friends to play with. He was paying for all of it,” he said.

Excerpt:

Only so much can be drawnfrom a social media presence, but what online persona left of Mr. Millard afterhis arrest does not present him as a typical CEO. On Twitter, devoid ofcontext, one of Mr. Millard’s friends made references to an edgy lifestyle, perhaps jokingly.
“I’m either going to sleep or doing heroin,” the friend quoted Mr.Millard as saying a year ago.

I saw that tweet and it was by AM. FYI:The article was published in 2013 so a year ago refers to 2012.

BBM

I knew yesterday that DM's toolbox that MH was talking about having seen on previous occasions was presumed by MH to contain drugs. As for DM paying for everything, I think there is now established more than reasonable doubt that he took what he wanted, when he wanted, and his theme song must have been: I Get By With A Little Help From My Friends. Now they're singing!
:singing: Cue up the music! DM is about to face it head on, IMO.

"He had a farm, he could've hid the toolbox there. He had the hangar," Dungey says, listing off Millard's properties. "But he doesn't do that, he goes to you at 4 o'clock in the morning."
by Adam Carter 1:56 PM

"When he tells you something is hot, does that not raise a suspicion in your mind?" Dungey said. Hagerman says yes. "It wasn't because he was dropping off drugs, you guys had partied all over. All of you knew Millard had drugs -- all of the close friends at these parties."
by Adam Carter 1:57 PM

Dungey says Hagerman is saying he thought this was drugs because he doesn't want to be involved and doesn't want to be charged in this case.

A little help for the logistically challenged:

So MH and AM drop the toolbox and the backpack in a stairwell.

Now LE has the toolbox.

But we don't know anything about what was in either of them, or how LE came to have possession of one (or both)?

 • #259
"Youre the little criminal that goes out and steals other people's property, right?" Dungey says. "I made stupid mistakes when I was younger," Hagerman says.
by Adam Carter 1:59 PM

Dungey keeps suggesting that Hagerman knew what he was receiving wasn't drugs.
by Adam Carter 2:00 PM

"That's all I ever saw in that toolbox," Hagerman says.
by Adam Carter 2:01 PM

BBM - wasn't the toolbox found in MS's room when the house was searched?
