I hope this hasn't been addressed already but I don't think AM actually worked as an employee of Campbell's Soup so he would not be on the same shift schedule as their workers. AM was an apprentice plumber at the time and his job site for that day(s) just happened to be Campbell's. Please correct if I am wrong..

I think you are mistaken, I won't say 'wrong'. This was 3 years ago, and at that time I believe AM and Bochenek both worked as employees of Campbell's.

Yesterday when I heard about the bacon bbq it reminded me of the Krucifix bbq in the falls at the dumpy motel with the bbq that looked like it had one working burner. Spiken Mike was so proud of what appear to be one waffle sitting on the top grate. I couldn't help but laugh

Apologies Snooper, I had been posting this in the other thread (Day 35).

No worries, really wanted to post that one so everyone knows it's a 10:40 start, that's all.

Nothing she says can ever be used against her in her own trial, so hopefully her circumstances are not a barrier to full truth in this trial.

The fact that AM has told the court that CN and MB were together, hopefully means she was of the mind that she was DM's one and only, and soon to be a member of the family. This would make the surprise relationship with LW_2 another reason to not protect DM.
Speculating of course. She could have known about LB and LW_2, and accepted it.

DO you really think AM and MH deserve to be charged with trafficking in drugs and weapons for handing over the goods to MS? General question.

Trafficking? No. Obstructing justice? Probably.

I agree with billandrew. I think these guys deserve some legal ramifications for lying to LE, hiding things for DM, etc. I know some people want to brush this off, for various reasons - but this is a discussion board, and I don't think anyone should be made to feel bad about discussing AM, MH, SS, etc. Are we not going to discuss MB either, particularly if it's shown that she had some knowledge after the murder?

I really hope this is a wake up call for DM's entourage.

Legal arguments.

Bet it's about TD wanting to ask his "into any other thieving' question from yesterday.

It's interesting because it could cut both ways. It may indeed have opened her eyes to the reality of her relationship and burned off any residual loyalties that might have led to slanting her testimony. It also leaves her vulnerable though to being cast as a woman scorned on cross.

Yes to all of this. And I've been wondering about MB as well. We are all prone to bias in our thinking, especially when it comes to family. People who have sons the age of DM's buddies may be prone to look more kindly on them, and of course none of us want to speak ill of anyone's mother. But it's legitimate to want to know how much these people knew and when they knew it, and form opinions based on the actions they took once they knew exactly what had gone down. Especially when the information becomes apparent via the trial or mainstream media.

Maybe they were going to impress the girls with their presentation. :floorlaugh:

I forget which reporter tweeted this last night but one said sometimes legal arguments are about upcoming witnesses but sometimes it's about past witnesses.

How does that work? So someone that has already testified can have some of their testimony redacted?? That seems so strange to me.
