Justice Goodman now explains to jury that Noudga's answers here cannot be used against her in the Babcock trial, where she also faces charge

kimmiecue ‏@kimmiecue1 1h1 hour ago
@MarkCarcGlobal is this a mistake? I don't recall she was ever charged in the Babcock trial?

@kimmiecue1 Yea sorry I was typing and listening at the same time, made an error.
3:00 PM - 27 Apr 2016

Weirdly specific error.

Is there any chance he accidentally let slip something under a media ban? I guess anyone who knows for sure isn't by definition allowed to answer.

Noudga: can't remember when her phone was stolen but knows she averages 1.6 phones a year. Lol
She reminded me of Jodi Arias when she was on the stand telling her ridiculous lies. :moo:

I think as flatulent as this testimony is she is a gift for Dungey in the sense that he can hammer at how Millard did things and asked her to do things without explanation. How plans just appeared, like the moving of the Eliminator, and how questions were sidestepped to the point that over time she appeared to have lost her agency to a degree. How he just did what he wanted despite what other people wanted, like parking the trailer at MB's house without permission or explanation. Those themes could all be spun to MS's advantage. It would be total BS, but it would be an approach with a tiny ray of hope.

God, TB's family must be sick to death of this parade of small, self-interested banality over the last weeks. These dark little vignettes of dope and guns and condo deals and sex while their lives were consumed with fear and their hearts were cracking in two. Ugh. Life is so often not what we want, not what we deserve, but just what is. So, so, so sad for them and for Tim and that their lovely, good lives were touched by these random, evil events rushing blindly towards them.

I think all these times we've hoped for a witness to do the right thing, or even for MS to be slightly less of a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, we've failed to account for the common denominator: Dellen Millard. Anyone who spent any amount of time around him was there for a reason. The ones who didn't fit ended up dead if they didn't leave of their own accord.

I wonder how long MM would have lived, and I wonder if JS had married him, how long it would have been before she had a very hefty life insurance policy taken out on her.

It can get pretty dramatic outside of the courtroom with photographers aggressively trying to get pictures. She knows she is scandalous and hated by many. I am sure in the same situation, whether feeling shame or not caring, most would cover up as best as they could.

Red high heels.

I am sure that she will use the "sexual favours" as a way to explain how her DNA was on the gloves in the truck. Maybe used them to wipe up semen and saliva.

Explains the "bodily fluids"

"James Sloots, a forensic biologist with the Ontario Centre of Forensic Sciences, testified Monday on his analysis, interpretation and comparisons of DNA drawn from body fluids found on items collected by police in the Bosma case." http://news.nationalpost.com/news/c...-linked-to-victim-tim-bosma-murder-trial-told

I keep forgetting they found her DNA on one of the black nitrile gloves.. This is going to be (hopefully) very informative!

Excellent police work......cannot get any better than the DNA on those gloves.

  • #588
Great point. We were all thinking MM would have a lot more information but we kinda forgot that CN was actually involved...even if it was after the fact, she would have been privy to more detail than MM ever was. MOO

DNA on the black nitrate gloves belongs to mallard and her. That means she wasn't just his wing man.

After CN's performance and tale of sexual expeditions, I am quite certain that the red heels were chosen especially for DM. There is no question in my mind that those shoes evoke a memory or memories. MOO

I think that all fell flat when she said she wore gloves from the SUV or hangar, to help hitch up the incinerator.

  • #591
and to think LW wanted to make DM's evening that night a "thousand times better". CN must have made it "ten thousand times better". LW gonna be bitter!

What a couple of twits LW and CN are.....fighting over time with a cold blooded murderer!!! Enjoy the lime light girls ! ! !

P.S. Watch out for Karma, she is a real b*@#$

All it proves is that she wore the gloves at some point. I don't think she was matched to anything with TB's DNA on it.

If this is all just about saving herself when it comes to her trial..then no need for all the theatrics, smiles and laughter and giggles or attitude. She said brainstorming was the perfect word...yes perfect word of what she has been doing from the start to protect her loverboy and herself IMO. Even comes up with the recent zinger of the sexual expedition ...2 prior statements but 1st mention of that. Did she cone up with that one last night? DM must have some stamina. .didn't she say how tired he looked. No need for the theatrics if she's so innocent at all zero respect for the family and Tim.

And she didn't think that "stereo" in her closet might have any bearing after he had been arrested and she found out.

Please lady justice follow this all the way through!

After today....
I am now convinced that CN was to speak with AM.
DM spent 50mins at Speers Rd prior to his arrest (day 17-LE on stand)
He left and his car was boxed in and arrested at gun point.
I am assuming he was on his way home....could someone have noticed his car and LE on cawthra and notified CN??? She texted him earlier that day to get together and then texted and called him 3 times around 9pm (per phone evidence day 37).
Right after that MS is on the phone to AM....he had to have been alerted by CN....she had to have known about his arrest.
I think they have lots of evidence on her to support the accessory charge.

FWIW MM showed much more remorse but is also not facing serious charges. I feel MM was far more involved in covering for Smich but was cooperative. CN did not have much time with DM before he was arrested..she was only with him on the 9th and possibly had no clue what he and Smich had done. Perhaps after his arrest she assumed DM was innocent and Smich did everything..just like MM thought DM did everything, yet she would not have even had a chance to get any explanation or even speak with DM after his arrest. It will be interesting to see what the letters say.

Was Tims blood not also found in or on the gloves?

"[FONT=Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif]When asked by Leitch why they moved the incinerator, she said Millard “said he wanted to move it because the floor boards (in the barn) were getting creaky, so we should move it.”"

[FONT=Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif]He was worried about the creaking floor boards, yet he took a torch and cut out a support structure at the hanger. Dellen the Mellon should stick to the only thing he ever did successfully, eating pasta. MOO

Crown continues to show Noudga her police statements, to refresh her memory. #Bosma #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Now says #Millard was concerned the incinerator might be stolen if he left it outside. She says they moved it twice the length of the court

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
They moved it down a path behind some trees. She says it wasn't really concealed "but it was as concealed as it could've been." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
She backs off from description of it being "concealed." Now says it wasn't concealed. They moved it "twice the length of the courtroom."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
So that would make it 80 metres. She thinks maybe they moved the incinerator a bit less than that. #TimBosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 1m1 minute ago
It was just under 80 metres.. @AM900CHML

Wouldn't that have been a great slap from Karma!!!!

I wish someone could verify if there was a new paper shredder, and that it was fancy. MOO

Not the same glove as CN's DNA, unless someone can find a link that says otherwise (I can't). Remember there were three gloves (at least) entered in evidence.
