I wonder if the courthouse is scrambling to get some added security outside the courtroom today after this testimony. A lot of understandably angry distressed people today, I'd expect! :(

I had to mute a couple of twitter folks who were going with extreme misogynistic slurs about CN with the #bosma hashtag.

If the Crown don't go for hostile witness at this point, I will be really disappointed.

  • #323
Now I understand why her mom accompanied her to the trial. She would most likely not remember how to get back home.:puke:

MOO

Noudga says at first she thought it was a stereo, but later found out Millard had given her a DVR #Bosma #TimBosma

Noudga put the DVR into her room, didn't think much of it #Bosma #TimBosma

Shannon Martin @ShannonMartinTV
Noudga eventually put it in the back of her closet, because it was out of the way #Bosma #TimBosma

Noudga says she never told her parents about it. Not then, not later #Bosma #TimBosma

(Because you don't want your folks to know about your secret stereo?)

Noudga: I don't recall anything prior to May 6, 2013 #Bosma #TimBosma

There's a hostile witness right there

Noudga says she didn't tell her parents about it. She now says after he was arrested, she "didn't think of it at all."
by Adam Carter 3:06 PM

She says she never viewed what was on it. "It didn't spark my curiousity."
by Adam Carter 3:07 PM

She says it stayed there until her arrest.
by Adam Carter 3:07 PM

The DVR sat in her closet for 11 months, she says.

Noudga was arrested in April 2014. She says the DVR was in her closet for 11 months, untouched. #Bosma #TimBosma

Hmmm exactly what I'd do if my boyfriend was arrested. Cool, new stereo that doesn't look like a stereo. I'll just forget about it and toss it in the back of my closet. No biggie.

We're now seeing her closet. Noudga says it's "an embarrassing mess." You can see the DVR in the closet. She says she "doesn't recall" where she put it.
by Adam Carter 3:08 PM

Says she may have shifted it while "cleaning."
by Adam Carter 3:09 PM

I'd buy it if there was a shred of evidence that room had been cleaned in that 11 months. I'm not usually this snarky, but she's making me downright angry.

She says after Millard was arrested, she never checked to see if it was a stereo.

I LOVE that cleaning is in quotes considering how filthy her room was.

She just has to play dumb about that week since the accessory charge requires that she knew that a crime had been committed.
The jailhouse letters might be the evidence that gives some answers in this "star witness" testimony. But she is not going to incriminate herself.

Crown: After Millard was arrested for first degree murder of Timothy Bosma, did you look at it, to see if it really was a stereo? Noudga: No

Shannon Martin @ShannonMartinTV
Crown: Did you ever consider taking it to the police? Noudga: Honestly I didn't think it was related #Bosma #TimBosma

@ShannonMartinTV
Crown: At some point it must've dawned on you this was evidence? Noudga: This specifically? Never dawned on me #Bosma #TimBosma

("After all, what do words even mean? *giggle*?" /sarcasm.)

"I never really looked into it or attached it to anything. It just kind of sat there.," Noudga says. "Did you ever consider taking it to the police?" Leitch says. "Honestly I didn't think it was related," Noudga says.

Noudga says when they were towing the trailer, they didn't discuss what was in it. "Should I have asked every time he showed up at my doorstep what was in the trailer?" she says.

 Getting snarky are we CN? I don't think answering with sarcasm is too brilliant but than again she doesn't seem too brilliant.

Leitch offers to let Noudga read her statement to police to refresh her memory. As she reads it to herself she remarks "Hmm." #Bosma

They'll ask her "What does he mean in this letter?" and she'll say, "I haven't the faintest idea." OMG too bad she doesn't rat him out, for the women of the world and for her own vindication. IMO

Crown: What did you think was in the trailer? Noudga: A mother's day present, for his mother #Bosma #TimBosma

(What in the actual EFF. Sorry for my ongoing commentary, but fairly riled.)
