Leitch now asking her to refresh her memory from her police statement.
by Adam Carter 3:11 PM

Leitch asks again what she thought was in the trailer. "A mother's day present for his mother," she says, adding this was "an idea she came up with" later talking to his mother.
by Adam Carter 3:13 PM

"You don't care what's in the trailer I guess?" Leitch says. "Yeah," Noudga says.

How convenient that she remembers he was tired with a "sad smile" OMG #$#&%#*)#%****

  • #343
They should have put Menses on last. End with a bang, not an idiot.

It was an idea, she came up with, when she talked with Millard's mother much later #Bosma #TimBosma

(I don't know what this is re: to and the tweets don't make it clear. The idea that whatever was in the truck was a present? And maybe that's going to be MB's excuse for not looking either?)

Crown: You don't care what's in the trailer. You're not curious. Noudga: No. #TimBosma #Bosma

Noudga says the phone she was using in May 2013, was stolen after Millard was arrested #Bosma #TimBosma

Shannon Martin @ShannonMartinTV
Crown: When Millard texted 'no go today' what was he referring to? Noudga: I don't know. #Bosma

Shannon Martin @ShannonMartinTV
Millard and Smich went on a test drive with another man, Sunday May 5, 2013. Noudga says she doesn't know about that. #Bosma

Shannon Martin @ShannonMartinTV
Noudga: I don't recall anything prior to May 6, 2013 #Bosma #TimBosma

(I'm typically quite dispassionate about this stuff, believe it or not, and this is making me physically angry. I can't imagine the temper of the locals or people more soft-hearted than myself.)

That right there should be enough to have her declared a hostile witness

  • #346
"I never really looked into it or attached it to anything. It just kind of sat there.," Noudga says. "Did you ever consider taking it to the police?" Leitch says. "Honestly I didn't think it was related," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 3:10 PM

"At some point it must have dawned on you that it could be evidence," Leitch says. "This specifically? It never dawned on me," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 3:10 PM

Noudga says when they were towing the trailer, they didn't discuss what was in it. "Should I have asked every time he showed up at my doorstep what was in the trailer?" she says.
by Adam Carter 3:10 PM

Crown should ask her, "What did he say about it when he handed it over to you?" ie. did he say I need you to hide this? Didn't she ask? Come on!.IMO

BBM

Either she is a complete moron or outright lying.

I am getting to say a little of both. Mostly lying but she really isn't too smart. Don't let her being in university fool anyone.

  • #348
Regarding the ongoing hostile witness stuff--weren't we already told the crown IS treating her as a hostile witness? Someone help me out here, I'm mostly watching twitter.

  • #349
So has she or has she not been declared a hostile witness as per Akman's tweet? I think he indicated the Crown was "treating her as a hostile witness", so just his impression but nothing official. I believe it has to be brought to the Judge for a ruling and we haven't heard of that happening.

Because buying a Tesla for his mother and leaving it as a Mother's Day present isn't something you would expect him to excitedly share with his girlfriend who spent almost every day with him? Believable.
So they didn't talk about his life or activities in any way. They didn't talk about Mother's Day presents. They didn't talk about missions.
What did they actually talk about every day that made this a relationship? The weather?

  • #351
She says the idea that it might be a mother's day gift "came to her" on May 10 when she was with Millard's mother after his arrest.
by Adam Carter 3:14 PM

"So it's really the two of you brainstorming?" Leitch says. "Exactly," Noudga says.

May 10 when she's with Madeleine Burns (after Millard's arrest) she thinks it may be Mother's Day present. They "brainstormed" that theory.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 2m2 minutes ago
She and Millard's mom Madeleine burns were brainstorming according to Noudga. #Bosma

hmmm...

Mark Carcasole @MarkCarcGlobal
Noudga tells court #Millard backed the trailer into his mom's driveway, asked where she was while he did that: "I don't recall."

Mark Carcasole @MarkCarcGlobal
Noudga admits though "it would make sense that I was outside the truck," to guide him in. Didn't question why he parked so close. #Bosma

Noudga thought it was weird but didn't say anything. "He did weird things all the time." #TimBosma

Noudga says she thought parking it that way was weird, but didn't say anything because he "did weird things all the time."
by Adam Carter 3:17 PM

Burns came out and asked why the trailer was there. "She kept pressing for answers and he kept throwing them off."
by Adam Carter 3:17 PM

"At this point we were both extremely stoned," Noudga says with a laugh.

University or not, it would seem that she is quite intelligent. Morally bankrupt, perhaps.

True. Maybe that is how Leitch can ask questions like "it never dawned on you that it may have been evidence?".

To read some of his questions to her now, some are a little leading.

Leitch points out its quite close to the house. He asks where she was at the time. She says both in and out of the vehicle. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
#Millard backed the trailer into his mother's driveway. Noudga doesn't remember where she was. "I was in and out of the vehicle." #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
"it makes sense I would've been out of the vehicle, telling him to...(motions). But I don't recall at this moment." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
"It makes sense I'd be out of the vehicle telling him when to stop." But doesn't remember. What did you think when you saw how close?

I'm beginning to think she was the perfect match for DM - think KH. Somehow, the sociopaths always seem to find like kind amongst the females.

She says they saw Madeleine Burns. Leitch asks her to tell the court about conversation with her. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Madeleine Burns came out and asked what they were doing. #Millard "threw off" her questions. She said why are you being so aloof?

She says she stood there awkwardly during the conversation and eventually she and Millard left. #Bosma

Shannon Martin @ShannonMartinTV
Noudga says she helped Millard unhitch the trailer #Bosma #TimBosma

(Note, I am intentionally reporter-hopping here because it actually makes more sense.)
