I had the same thought when I saw her carry the orange binder into court .... makes me wonder if it has any significance within the Millard groupies or just coincidence.

I honestly think the orange guy is drugs..he says he was in pain and dislocated his shoulder..OXY and Morphine both come in an orange pill..I think he wanted narcotics. JMO

She did seem a little embarrassed about her messy room. It was the only showing of any type of concern for her actions. It reminded me of KH, and her lack of compassion, but her concern for material stuff. MOO

BBM. Nope definitely not. I am right in the age range between the two accused and I know so many people that are nothing like these in the trial. Every generation has some bad apples.

I fully agree and am about the same age as DM. My siblings and friends are all in this range, and we're all productive members of society with jobs, families, responsibilities, law-abiding hobbies... I hope we're not painted with the same brush as these (censoring the adjectives I'd like to use)

We should be hearing more about it if that is the case. There was not one mention about the can during the LE evidence portion of the trial. Although they may have cleaned it of any evidence, and there is nothing to prove the theory. It does seem to fit well with horror story line. MOO

I don't think they'd allow it to be introduced unless there was firm evidence to back the theory up.

The family and friends knew she wouldn't be forthcoming and helpful, so that makes me feel a tiny bit better. But still, I wanted to throat punch her after hearing about her attitude. I knew she wouldn't come out and say Dellen did this or that but I hoped she'd at least try to act a little respectful, for the families sake. The whole sexual favors on the highway tidbit, even if it were true (I believe she just said it for attention) makes DM look like an even bigger insensitive cold blooded killer. The main thing to remember is, the jury is filled with everyday people like us. They will be just as upset, angry and disgusted by her, as we are.

She seems a very reckless person - getting totally stoned with DM, allowing her to drive her, going to see his mom stoned when she says she only had a very formal relationship with her, performing sex acts in a moving vehicle, a room full of liquor and a bong and a mess...I dunno, but if I had my room in such a shape and was out 5-7 evenings with my bf my parents WOULD NOT have let me live in the house, period.

Can the crown call back a witness? If the letters reveal CN was to reach out to someone who has already testified, can they be called back to answer to the letters?

She must work downtown near the Distillery distinct. She has been spotted in that area frequently without a parental chaperone over the past 18 months. I am not sure I am allowed to say that on here or not. Her photos on Insta indicate that as well.

It's socially acceptable to drink, but only to a point. DUI and blacking out aren't accepted. How much pot is acceptable? It seems that all of DM's crowd were young healthy daily users. Not occasional users, daily users. Is this too much pot? When you can't remember anything, need to smoke up before you do anything, smoke until you're so inebriated that you're willing to commit sex acts in a moving vehicle...is that too much?

The most annoying thing about this is that CNs life is likely going to turn out far better than most of us. Like KH, she'll latch on to the next rich thrill seeker that comes her way. Given her good looks and her propensity for performing sex act at the drop of a hat, she'll have no problems finding somebody to treat her in a lavish manner, if she already hasn't.
