CN has the worst case of CRS I've ever seen.

I don't know how she made it through University. A lot of courses are not just learning the information but require memorization of concepts.

Crown: When you tell us today that Mark Smich said 'I did something.' Noudga: He said 'they're in deep ****.' #Bosma #TimBosma

"He said we're in deep ****." Or maybe I, we, they, he, she, whatever, Noudga says. #TimBosma

Noudga says Smich told her "they're in deep ****," she says. Pillay is objecting. Judge shoots him down. #Bosma

Leitch asks about scratched out word. What does it say? Pillay objects, Noudga says "I have no idea." She says he said "I'm in deep ****."

Leitch: when you tell us today that Mark Smich said 'I did something' did he say anything else?
Noudga: he said they're in deep ****. #Bosma

Noudga doesn't recall if it was 'he, we, she, I," #Bosma #TimBosma

"You see that scratched out word there? What does that word say?" Leitch asks. Millard's lawyers immediately object.
by Adam Carter 11:15 AM

"He said they're in deep sh-t," Noudga says. She says she doesn't know the "exact phrasing." Pillay again objects, Goodman says he'll allow it.

Now we're getting somewhere. Big sigh.....

  • #146
I wonder if she is grinning as much as she was yesterday?

  • #147
I think she is sending a message to other females he was texting that she was the one having lots of sex with him and he said he loved her.

  • #148
You know Leitch has hit a sore spot when every question he asks receives an objection from Pillay!!

  • #149
Ha! She doesn't recall ANYTHING about ANYTHING except Smich said he did it. Amazing.

she is being lead to say it though..she's not forthcoming even when it comes to SMICH..so why is she even playing dumb about that?

It's very hard to like Christina Noudga.

Of all the unsavoury witnesses the jury has heard from at the Tim Bosma murder trial, she is the least likable of the lot.

It's not because she smokes weed and seems to enjoy sharing her "sex acts" with an accused killer out loud to a crowded courtroom.

Or that she is smug and condescending from the witness stand.

Or that she has an amazingly atrocious memory for a 24-year-old. And is perhaps the least curious person on Earth.

Or that many of her answers seemed rehearsed. Recited.

Or even that she is charged with accessory after the fact to Tim's murder.

It is because right now Noudga has the chance to be honest, forthcoming and co-operative and she is failing miserably.

IMO, I guess her and DM are fairly made for each other. He wrote her notes from jail when he wasn't supposed to and left huge paper trails in this murder. Then she apparently sits and analyzes and makes notes on paper about what she knew from conversations and the crime.

I bet the cop that found these letters and notes in her room screamed "EUREKA!!!" when seeing the goldmine they had struck.

She seems to be pretty proud about testifying about the "sex act" in the car in open court and in front of her mother. I would be horrified.

Yep. At first I thought she might just be trying to save her own butt. It's clear to me now that she is protecting DM all the way. Sick, sad, incomprehensible. IMO

Oh I'm so glad she was a note taker and note saver

But she actually is answering about what Smich said, instead of her standard "I don't recall."

Interesting how disconnected she is with identifying the evidence. She described the toolbox as black and as a fishing tackle box (but she knew it was the drug box), she thought the DVR was a stereo. She thought the truck contained a Mother's Day present after brainstorming with MB - this after DM's arrest for theft of a truck.

Technically, she's lying about what MS said to make it look like he somewhat confessed. Then pretending she didn't remember. She would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for them meddling notes she saved...

If I was on the jury, I'd be pretty insulted she thought I was that stupid.

I am loving how the Crown confused everybody by showing that there were no calls to or from Smich in the time period they were discussing.
This then made Pillay object and force the Crown show that there really was a call. Much earlier. Right about the time MS started freaking out and arranging to get the drugs.
It will help to enforce who knew first that DM had been arrested, and establish all the calls made to other people shortly after that.

I don't even think she realizes how much of a fool she's making herself look. If this is what her lawyer advised her to do, she really needs to fire that lawyer, immediately.
