do they not have the physical text extraction from her testimony? or is it because they don't have Smich's phone or her phone to actually have the texts? if they only have her notes, then those could be what she wants them to know..not really what was in the messages. There is no way of proving what Smich really texted her...Dungey will have a field day with this.

Interesting how disconnected she is with identifying the evidence. She described the toolbox as black and as a fishing tackle box (but she knew it was the drug box), she thought the DVR was a stereo. She thought the truck contained a Mother's Day present after brainstorming with MB - this after DM's arrest for theft of a truck.

Wonder how many note pads MS's D team has gone thru. I have no idea how she's going to keep her lies straight under cross examination. IMHO, it will be impossible for her and there's absolutely nothing she can do at this point to prevent the inevitable- she's already set the stage. Yes, she may believe that she's a step ahead of the Crown- she may be confident because she's got her lawyer in there with her, but at the end of the day, the only thing she can remember with any accuracy are the MS phone calls- and IMHO, that's grounds for a full blown war from TD. MOO

I think she is doing just fine if you are talking about her own interests. Who cares if you look stupid if you don't have to serve 10 years?

IMO, If she claims to never know about his day or his missions, why would her mind jump to "arrest" when he doesn't answer?? My mind would first go to that he was in hospital or something innocent like that.

Also, she knew nothing of the "mission" be yet called MS to see if DM was with him? She knew everything!

Interesting that Noudga and Burns did not discuss over email, text, or phone, and insisted the meeting be in person. Probably because they both had some knowledge, and new any means, but in person, could mean they could be tracked, traced, or incriminate themselves. MOO
