Thanks, either way, he's guilty the second he agrees to take part in the robbery of a truck with a human inside of it. Plenty of text messages to prove MS was involved from the start.

I for one don't care if it is first or second. (or more accurately I take comfort that they will at least be found guilty of second - neither one brought Tim to the hospital - they intended for him to die as soon as they shot him. It doesn't matter who pulled the trigger - if the situation was bad enough in their eyes to shoot him, then they wanted him dead) . They both will have life sentences. The difference is earliest chance at parole. This link below says that is at judge's discretion - which I hope will be 25 years. all my opinion.

MM testified that when Mark was saying "I f***** up" she felt he was referring to going on the mission, and not listening to her to stay home. MM stated that MS knew he was going on a mission, but not that he knew anyone was going to be killed. His paranoia in the following days could have been a combination of all the weed he smoked, to not being as educated as DM on the law and how much trouble he would really be in. If DM was the DM we've come to see, he would have manipulated MS any way he knew how to be sure he got his truck.

I also find it odd, that he said he shouldn't be responsible for cleaning up MS's mess, he did multiple steps of the cleanup without MS. I am still fairly confident that it was DM who pulled the trigger. All MOO

Noudga, of Toronto, is the Crown's last witness at the trial of Millard, 30, of Toronto, and Mark Smich, 28, of Oakville, Ont., who have pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.

Millard wrote to Noudga about Smich, whom he referred to as "treacherous Mark."

"It was Mark who f--ked up a truck robbery, not me," Millard wrote. "Just because I helped clean up Mark's mess, does not mean I should also pay for it."

'A huge blow to the prosecution's case' CBC April 28, 2016.

IMO MS did "make the mess" with the new gun his employer DM bought for him without providing the training. DM is speaking metaphorically when he says he shouldn't be responsible for cleaning up Smich's mess. This is a clue into DM's psyche.....he is actually saying he should not have to be responsible while he is actually being held accountable in jail. He wrote this to CN while he was in jail. MS will likely end up saying the gun went off by accident....to get it reduced to ...accidental homocide? CN is holding back info. as she will keep some details to offer up as a plea bargain when it comes time for sentencing for accessory after the fact charges. If memory serves me correct DM's texts to CN indicated he was having naps and breaks while he and MS were at the hangar cleaning up "the mess". He likely made his employee MS do the manual labour since he made "the mess". Maybe MB will find a lawyer for DM that specializes in Affluenza and they can try that on the jury for size. These two are going down. And it can't be soon enuf.

I don't understand. What leverage would CN have in offering up information for a plea bargain at her trial when this trial will have been concluded and they can't be retried?

Does Noudga not have to stand trial for her charges? Is this not coming up? Maybe I missed that. If so thanks for the update. I am no legal genius.

I think MSs apparent shoulder injury, combined with DMs need to always be the one in control, point to DM being the shooter. He's the one who still had possession of the gun, he was the one going to extra lengths to hide evidence, he's the one who involved his GF and mother in the coverup(IMO). To me based on everything I've heard, points to DM being the shooter. I don't think he would have trusted MS not to screw it up IMO.

Her trial is coming up this fall. But any information she wanted to spill at that point would not have value anymore for her accessory charge and would not be something that could gain her any type of plea bargain. moo

She's obviously an attention-seeker, and she's a young Millennial--that would be like asking her to give up oxygen. She's probably got more SM accounts under other names.

The comments on her "are we human" picture are also posters with 1 or no pictures and no followers. Probably people that want to troll her but not have it linked to themselves.

Were there not two guns? DM got one and MS got one. Because somewhere MS was comparing his to DM's....and kinds of bullets used etc.

MS told BD about the one he wanted, he never said he actually got it.

DM likely told the police that MS gave him the toolbox whenthey were interrogating DM. MOO

Still doesn't make any sense to me. It wasn't MS's to give, as it already belonged to DM. Clearly I'm missing some nuance. Or, DM is a blithering idiot.

Wow, these letters really were the smoking gun we were hoping for. I'll bet AM is following this trial and feeling really good about telling the truth after hearing today's evidence. I wish this trial had a body language expert for so many of these crucial points where evidence is so damning. Apart from the brief tweet about DM looking as though he was going to cry, not much much has been said for his or MS' demeanor during this examination. I'd be intesrested to see MS' reaction when it was read that MS screwed up "the robbery".

AM may be "slow" but he's the only who came out clean, he told the truth about the plan to steal a truck when he testified and appeared confident. MH on the other hand was weak, nervous and emotional. IMO, he was not as honest as AM. No wonder why AM was the only one who didn't cover his face, did not conceal himself to the public eye unlike DM's other minions, MH, SS and CN. MOO.

keyword='if' (I'm assuming this would mean DM would be paying for said lawyer). (I'm also assuming DM is paying for CN's lawyer). moo

I'm suspecting it's Maddies retirement fund paying for all this. Until last night. Hence the turn of the worm today. JMO of course.
