This is why I believe she is charged. IMO, she knew before the murder that it was going to happen. Why else would he care about her phone records before the 6th??

When the suspects were still at large, LE and MSM reported a 3rd suspect, that they thought was helping with driving. This train of thought was suddenly dropped, IIRC. It's always nagged at me, but perhaps I just missed where this was cleared up as my impression at the time was that LE was adamant that there was a 3rd. Once CN was arrested, I assumed that it was her...

Did DP leave the case around the time that this evidence was found and CN was charged? Just wondering if he decided to take a pass on the case after seeing how reckless DM was with this treasure trove of incriminating evidence? Money is money but this would have made his job very tough
