"Reread this a couple times then Destroy it Immediately. Write me if you think any revisions are necessary."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Leitch asks if this was a script for her. She says she didn't read it that way. But acknowledges this was written for her to use in court.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Was this a script for you, Ms Noudga? She acknowledges that it was a scenario written for her to relay in court. She says she didn't at time

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
But says she didn't think it at the time. Leitch suggests it would've been of great interest to police.

Well, this is all just ... breathtaking. I don't think any of us ever expected us to get so much information straight from the horse's mouth, simply by reading between the lies.

Stunning.

In another letter, Millard says he "needs to know" where Noudga was on May 6. "I need to know who you were with, and when."
by Adam Carter 12:39 PM

He then asks her dozens of questions about her day on May 6 -- where she went, what time, who she met up with, etc.
by Adam Carter 12:39 PM

"I need the details, love. I need the details. I also need your phone bill," he writes.
by Adam Carter 12:40 PM

"I didn't understand why he needed these details," Noudga says.

and that he was buying a diesel truck that week." Leitch asks if this is a script? Millard asks her to make revisions.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Judge tells Leitch she didn't agree it was a script, so tells him to be more open ended in his questions.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
This is to be used in court as her evidence. "I just ignored it at the time," says Noudga

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Next letter. He writes "I need to know where you were at various times on May 6...and I need detail." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
"Hello Darling... I need to know where you were at various times on May the 6th. I need to know who you were with, and when."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
"Especially from 5pm May 6 to 5am on May 7." He says "I currently imagine" you went to York that night. #Bosma

Next letter. "I need to know where you were at various times on May the 6th.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
"Especially from 5pm May 6 to 5am May 7." Millard expects she was in class. What time did she get home? Who was there? What did she do next?

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
I need to know who you were with, and when. And I need detail. Especially for rom 5 p.m. May 6th to 5 a.m."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
He follows with a list of detailed questions about her evening. (Ex. Did you eat dinner at home? Did you go out with friends?)

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
He follows with long series of questions (suggestions) about her actions on May 6.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
"Who? What? Where? When? Who? What? Where? When?"

Letter goes on "Mark always had a small black backpack with him. He would pull spray paint cans from it and tag things."

Is this why DM wanted spray paint after May 7?? He was going to tag things to make it look like MS was somewhere he really wasn't.

Ex. DM would tag his mom's house after the trailer drop off to make it look like MS did the drop off instead? But instead his mom was home so he couldn't do what he wanted with the spray paint.

MOO.

"Time is moving along. I need the details. I also need your phone bill." Millard to Noudga.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
This one was undated. She doesn't have a memory of when she received that letter. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Re: his request for her itinerary from May 6, she said she thought it was "silly." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Noudga: "I thought it was silly. Well, I was with Caroline. I didn't know why he needed these details."

  • #248
Noudga says if she responded to this letter, it would have been her saying she "didn't see any reason for it. I'm sure the police would figure out I was lying. It was just stupid."
by Adam Carter 12:42 PM

Millard also sent her a heart shaped Christmas card, Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:43 PM

Millard also wrote her a letter saying he was "in Reno" while he was in jail so she could hang onto it.
by Adam Carter 12:44 PM

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
She says she knew by that point that the time frame he mentioned was a crucial stage. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
Noudga says she didn't understand why Millard was asking. She did know the importance of the time frame. She wasn't with Millard at time.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Leitch asks what advantage it would've been for him to know her whereabouts. Pillay objects--speculation. Judge agrees.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Noudga says if she responded it was likely to say she didn't see any need for it and "it was just stupid."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Noudga says she told Millard she didn't see any reason for providing her itinerary. She was with a friend.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Leitch asks her if she responded. She says if she did it would've been her saying she "didn't see any reason for it."

"Destroy these letters. But you can keep this card. Keep it hidden and should anyone see it, it is from 2012."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Next letter, undated: tells her destroy letters but can keep card, but she should say it is from 2012. Noudga says he drew Christmas card.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Next letter, it says "destroy these letters. But you can keep this card. Keep it hidden and should anyone see it, it is from 2012." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Noudga says the card was a drawing of a heart for Christmas.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
It was a heart, a Christmas card, she says. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Then "hello my darling, I am studying hard here in Reno. Everyday I learn something new..." #Bosma

  • #251
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Next letter. Millard says "I am studying hare here in Reno. Every day I learn something new..." Has written it as though it is from earlier.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
This, she agrees with Leitch, was written in jail but so as to appear that it was written before so she can hang onto it.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Millard wrote letters for Noudga to keep, in code. "Ditch the envelope," He tells her. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
He then says "this enclosed letter was written expressly in such a way so that you would be able to take it home and hold onto it."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Now Millard is writing letters that she can keep because they appear to be from before he was in jail. (Though actually written from jail.)

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
He then adds "ditch the envelope." #Bosma

" I need details my love. I need details. I need your phone bill" @AM900CHML

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Uses secret code to send her Andrew Michalski's phone number, says Noudga. Court seeing coded number on screen.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Next page has just a code (the one she said earlier was used for dates, with lines and dots). She said this is Michalski's phone number.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
Some writing in Ukrainian, Noudga says she deciphered as Andrew Michalski's phone number. She had his # in her phone.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She reads out the number based on the code. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
She deciphers code for us in courtroom.

"Maybe Itchy told Kodiak I wasn't there and wasn't involved with what went down. That Itchy had gone with 2 of his boyz & sth bad happened."

Why these wild phantasies about Itchy (Smich) and two (2) of his boyz if DM himself needed only one accomplice ....?

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 41s41 seconds ago
This page came on its own.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 47s47 seconds ago
It was in code, not Ukrainian.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 44s44 seconds ago
Next letter. Leitch notes a lot of these are undated.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 20s20 seconds ago
It says "I received your envelopes sealed. So no worries there. I can hardly wait for the day we again frolic naked together...

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 19s19 seconds ago
...I miss you so much! Write me!"

It is then signed "Prince of Thieves." #Bosm

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 17s17 seconds ago
Another undated letter: " I receive your envelopes sealed...I miss you so much — a Prince of Thieves." Part of letter is ripped off/missing.

  • #255
Millard also sent her Michalski's phone number in code, Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:45 PM

"I can hardly wait for the day we again frolic naked together!" Millard writes in another letter, signing it "a prince of thieves."
by Adam Carter 12:48 PM

This letter looks ripped. Noudga says she doesn't know if it came to her that way, or if she tore it.

This whole tweet may be the most honest thing we have heard out of CN's mouth so far.

Well we did question over the week-end if she was aware of this. She's probably been reading along.

I receive your envelopes sealled(sic) so so worries there. I can hardly wait for the day we again frolic naked together.-a Prince of Thieves

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Leitch asks what he meant re: envelopes being sealed/no worries there.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She says some of the more intimate letters she wrote, she wanted to know if his mother had opened/read them. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 50s50 seconds ago
Noudga says she wondered if her intimate letters were read by Millard's mother. Millard assured her her envelopes arrived sealed. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
"It's just kind of, you know, personal," she says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
Noudga says she wanted to know if his mother was reading her racy letters. That's what Millard was saying about getting them sealed

  • #259
"Some of the more intimate letters I wrote, I wanted to know if his mother opened them," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:49 PM

The "prince of thieves" line is a reference to Aladdin and "bad humour," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:50 PM

Now seeing another letter that looks ripped. "I am earning my discipline tattoo," Millard writes.
by Adam Carter 12:51 PM

The letter suggests Mark gave Dell a pill bottle full of orange oxy pills to hold. Noudga says never happened.

"Orange guy"?? I guess it was oxy pills being referred to.
