Dungey suggests this "not knowing anything" is of assistance to her. She says she didn't. He says "we'll get into that." #Bosma

Uh oh. Something tells me this is something young Ms. Noudga should be concerned about.

To everyone that has been relentlessly transcribing, THANK YOU! Doing it makes you realize how much work it is. No "work-work" for me this afternoon!!

When questioned if Noudga said anything that showed any concern for anyone other than herself

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont

Nope.

  • #368
@susanclairmont is it normally for 2 suspects to be tried together like this and try and put it on each other?
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 6m6 minutes ago
Quite common.

She says she never asked him about business. He told her he was going to Mexico for the Baja race. "I don't recall the place he came in."

He never placed, he wrecked the Jeep 15 minutes or 15 miles into the race. As Pillay said, they were the losers of the loser division. A place that DM has been all his life, just covered up by spending mommy and daddy's money.

In another letter, Pillay points to where Millard talks about a shoulder rehabilitation. "He had injured his shoulder prior to arrest. I don't recall the details of how he did so, you'd have to ask him," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:28 PM

"It hurt to do certain lifts or pushes," Noudga says. "It hurt to lift things up, right?" Pillay says. She answers a "small lift" would be fine.
by Adam Carter 12:28 PM

In a statement, Noudga said Millard didn't choose his loyalties wisely. "He supported him in every aspect of his life," Noudga says about Millard and Smich.
by Adam Carter 12:30 PM

"Dell would run to Mark's rescue, right?" Pillay says. "Pretty much," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:30 PM
How was he able to do knuckle pushups with that "injured" shoulder????

And one armed hand stands? I thought the same thing. I train hard, and I've got a bit of arthritis in one shoulder. When it acts up I can't do any sort of upper body workout.

Will the revelations start now? What are the brilliant and not so brilliant ideas?

We've got some legal arguments now at #Bosma trial.

From a Twitter follower: @susanclairmont Clearly she's very smart. That doesn't make her kind or empathetic.

DM and CN consider themselves science geeks! DM never takes advice from anyone or anything, Mr. Know-it-all, Mr home designer, Mr. idiot who cut out a support structure in the hanger. Yeah, Mr. Science Geek. lol.

She's educated, doesn't make her smart. If she was smart, she wouldn't find herself in the situation she's in. She should have gone to the cops immediately, thats what smart people do when they find out that their boy/girlfriend is a murderer.

I hope TD takes all afternoon today, and all tomorrow and Thursday crossing this wily coyote, CN!

Unwisely advised, IMO, she has not once taken any opportunity to express on the stand condolences for TB and what happened to him and what his family was forced to endure, IMO. Instead CN moans about how stressful her life was - and even then only after her arrest that became known publicly - and she expresses anger at DM for getting her arrested but no anger towards him for actually committing the crime against TB - not even now - today, IMO - and that is just unconscionable, IMO!

TD started with appealing to CN's inflated ego and has already established that she is not as smart as she thinks, that her "love" relationship with DM was based on anything but love, IMO, and TD's going to attack her sensitive pride in herself for her "Kinks" vixen reputation, IMO. These seem to be primary zones of vulnerability for CN, IMO: Love, sex appeal, and smarts - all of which despite her demeanor, reveal IMO that she lacks confidence in each area. Once TD forces her off of her self-made and very fragile pedestal, he'll let loose and disassemble her story brick by brick and expose her lies and CN's testimony will topple over and be left in a pile of rubble, IMO. CN is acting a part, IMO, in some ways as she was directed by DM to do, and she is a lot like DM, IMO and will use any person in any situation to her own advantage, IMO.

All MOO.
