Pillay cites more examples from #Millard's letters discussing loneliness and trauma of jail experience. "You knew he was suffering." "Yes."

Pillay is taking Noudga through passages that show jail was weighing on Millard. "Day after day waking up in a cell is depressing."

RSBM

I'm just catching up and I'm way behind, but this just outraged me. HE STILL GETS TO WAKE UP EVERY DAY.

http://kitchener.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=861831&binId=1.1147261&playlistPageNum=1 Choose the video from the list at this link if it doesn't automatically load. It's entitled: "Millard's ex is questioned about "selective memory" -

Today CN is seen in this video walking at a very brisk pace to escape the cameras after court today with her mother trailing behind in the first shot and then her mother is nowhere to be seen in the second shot of CN walking in what seems to be a parking lot, IMO. IMO, Dungey made quite an impression on CN today and it does not appear to have been a favourable one, IMO. CN leaving her mother behind and hiking ahead when her mother has been with CN daily at trial to support her, despite the intense media scrutiny, seems to me very selfish and cold on CN's part, IMO. Maybe there is some other explanation, but that's JMO.

All MOO.

She may be smug about being smart and accepted at med school but even if she completes the degree, if she has been convicted of a criminal offence she will not be able to get a board licence to practice in most, if not all provinces.

But after you get your license to practice if you are convicted of a criminal offense you can just move to another province and make new application for a license to practice and carry on.

Fiance at that time wasn't on the side. At that time, CN was the one on the side. It was early on. Later, ex-fiance seemed to get demoted to the one on the side.
Fiance to the back burner, Kinks to the front, LW2 on the side and LB in the incinerator. IMHO, that's quite the rotational schedule. MOO

all my own opinion and speculation.
I think CN knew full well prior to, during and after the fact of what went down. I think that MS was to tie/bind/secure TB and then drive the Yukon behind them to the incinerator where they would kill and burn him (all premeditated and planned). I also think he got loose and DM shot him in the truck and that was why they stopped briefly in Brantford (?). I think that CN kept all the letters/DVR as leverage. She knew damn well how damning this would be for his case and she was using it. Why? IDK
Are my theories correct? Who knows but I am positive they killed this poor man in cold blood and I hope that the jury sees that as well.
This is so damned hard to agree with - Not because it doesn't seem correct on facts, but because it is so hard to believe anyone would plan such a terrible thing. But i agree that IS how the facts lay out. imo too.

Sachak now asking about Millard's dog. "We've heard so much about Pedo the dog, I wouldn't be surprised that he'd be brought in as a witness," Sachak says.
Apr 13 2016 12:51 PM
The dog wasn't taken on the Sunday, May 5 test drive, Sachak says. He was left at the Maplegate residence.
Apr 13 2016 12:53 PM
On May 11, Millard's mother and his girlfriend were speaking with Michalski, and they wanted to pick up the dog at Millard's home.
Apr 13 2016 12:54 PM
"Even though Mr. Millard was very close to Pedo the dog, he was left alone on May 5 and May 10?" Sachak asks. Michalski says yes.
Apr 13 2016 12:55 PM
Michalski says Millard would sometimes go on short trips, and the dog wasn't always taken with him.

Here's Adam Carter's tweets about CN and MB wanting to pick up Pedo on May 11th and they apparently did get the dog from AM's Dad's home, IMO. I wonder why Sachak was making such a big deal about Pedo not always being with DM? If only that poor sweet dog could talk!

All MOO.

I always wondered why he left the dog at home on the 5th but took the dog on the 6th..The 5th was suppose to be the mission but they bailed..so I can see him not taking the dog..so why if they planned to murder someone take the dog with them...unless the dog stayed at the hangar after DM loaded the trailer..but it makes no sense?

.

All this talk about CN not knowing what was in the trailer ...... was she not riding with DM when his Red Ram & trailer left the hangar ?

And the camera next door plus a witness saw them turn around , go back and load something else (seats?) in the trailer .... how could she not know Tim's truck was inside .

I am positive it was Smich with Millard all day Thursday..he helped load the truck and trailer, then Dm dropped him off in Oakville then he picked up CN. This is where we couldn't figure out why Smich did not just go with him and why CN went.

And the JS relationship and engagement??? Wonder if JS is following CN's testimony?

Bet she's not complaining anymore about him cancelling on her..

IMHO, DM and CN have made a pack. All of this talk that CN is upset with DM etc is a rouse. IMHO, the fact that she is close with MB is all I need to know. Sure, DM may not be communicating with CN the way he use to, but IMHO, I'd have to be extremely stupid to think that MB isn't carrying instructions and verbal agreements to CN. Heck, MB may be calling CN every day after the trial. CN has medical school to pay for, maybe she'll need a car. IMHO, there is absolutely nothing "bad" that she's saying about DM that hasn't been orchestrated by DM. There is absolutely no way that she's seeing MB regularly and this type of manipulation and planning is not happening. MOO

After hearing of the little notes she made, it's pretty clear that her thought process is one in the same with DM- either that, or it's all part of a DM plan. MOO

Sorry, are you saying the dog was with DM when they were in the truck with TB? Like maybe the dog was in the Yukon waiting up the street?

If this is fact, then that explains Pillays questions to CN about did DM ever leave Pedo with Mark? CN said never.

IMHO, DM took the dog on the 6th because if the mission was successful, he'd be staying at the hangar all night and he wasn't sure of AM's schedule. Further, if DM didn't come home on the Monday night and Pedo was at Maple Gate, it may have alerted AM that something was wrong. I'm thinking Pedo was cool with hanging out at the hangar by himself. While CN is one of the last people on the planet I'd ever defend (right after Homolka, Bundy & Gein [sounds like a law firm, in hell]), I do want to mention that it is entirely possible her workload & being tired all the time did mess with her memory of events and details. I know, I know, many of you are thinking "oh come ON!" but realistically, there are lots of people that can take on a heavy & demanding workload but have the memory of a sieve as a direct result of that workload. My hubby is one of those people, so I know first hand what it's like. Just wanted to point out that she may not actually be lying about that.

Not a chance...IMO With full respect to you and your husband..if a dramatic event unfolded even in the sleepiest of times it would stick in your brain. I speak from recent experience. I am one of those girls who works hard all week (11-12 hour days, comes home to my other job as single parent, stays up on WB till stupid hours), By Friday I am pooped. I like my Saturday morning sleep in. Well on Saturday February 20 my sleep in was rudely interrupted by a fire. The tenant in the unit below me overloaded an extension cord and sent my entire house up in flames. (Bungalow converted to 3 apts) My senses kicked into overdrive. I can tell you everything that transpired that day. and the days before and following. Every minute detail gets embedded in your brain. JMO

Hope I am not breaking any rules here ... Please accept my apologies if I am, and just disregard ...

I keep reading initials JS and LW2.

Does LW2 refer to female witness, a real estate agent?

Who is JS?

I have actually kidded myself into thinking that she missed an opportunity to make big money off of MB & DM up until now.....What a fool I am.....let me revamp that stupid thinking--- I will just bet they have a deal in place already and she is still going to get a huge pay off in the end....It's not going to be a cheap car, school expenses and a new wardbrobe.
MB has probably set up an off shore account by now with a million plus dollars in it all tax free and that money is already earning interest and just waiting for CN to collect it when she is able......we will be reading about it one day in the papers or online just like we have heard tails from the crypt on Homolka for years.

Dungey leaps. She doesn't think it's important to go to police when it's forcible confinement?

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
"I didn't think of it at the time," she says of going to police. Judge tells Dungey to move on to next area of questioning.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Dungey suggests it was her idea. She and Madeleine Burns. Nobody else. "It was a spur of the moment panicked decision," she says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
No one else instructed the two to wipe their prints from the trailer. "I don't know why we just did. It was spur of moment panic decision."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
"To protect us," she says--not Dell. She said they were in denial he could be involved at all. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
"We were in denial Dell had anything to do with this. We didn't believe it." So why wipe your prints? Dungey asks.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 57s57 seconds ago
Why do you go down and wipe it out? "I don't know why we did. It was just spur of the moment..."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 45s45 seconds ago
Dungey suggests if that was the case there'd be no reason to wipe down the truck. She says it was about them not her. #Bosma

Polishing off a bottle of wine while theorizing the sinister meaning of a trailer in the driveway = spur of the moment.
As defined by esteemed university of York graduate.

People on Twitter (non-reporters) are quite irate about CN's responses in the last little while, especially hiding behind the excuse of being an immigrant. Not a popular person.

Well don't you know that us typical Canadians are very well versed in law by the age of three?

Thanks !!! .... I had never sorted that out and the court tweets did not help much

In fairness if CN was picked up enroute to drop off the trailer she may not have known what was inside until her and MB's guesswork after DM was arrested .... and then she began her coverup stuff

No, that was when MS was still with him. He had not picked up CN yet.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
May 9, 2013 he was at GA Masonry at night. His wife cleans the office, he keeps her company. Been doing that for 35 years. 6-8:30 pm.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Usually around 6-8:30, he says. #Bosma

Alma says they were "two young men."

"They moved like young men."

According to the phone records and pings, he didn't pick up CN until 9:30 - 10:00.

ETA: Sorry, I see now this was already answered.

Exactly. So you see, DM *couldn't* have been the one driving alone with TB that fateful night, it was MS! Why? Because DM would *never* have left Pedo alone with treacherous Mark. Quite the defence.
