There are lots of responses to this tweet asking what is going on because of the word "was" just like I noticed it too. SC has yet to respond and if she slipped up about a legal argument, she may not respond.

This is a bit off topic - but was it ever disclosed where TB’s wedding ring was found? According to a 2014 interview with SB, she mentions that she got a copy of his ring made since any of his belongings that were recovered were held as evidence.

And because any of Tim’s belongings recovered by investigators are evidence — she had a replica of Tim’s wedding ring that fits her finger.

She's trying to make a distinction because she wants to explain her behaviour as not helping DM and not criminally motivated. She has a very interesting understanding of the law IMO, where despite advice she keeps on making decisions that cross the line as far as what is legal to do. Then she explains it's because she spent the first three years of her life in another country. smh.

That is strange ... Recently in Toronto, there was live blogging going on in the Jian Ghomeshi trial, and it was a trial by judge only.

I wouldn't think it would be any different for CN's trial ... Perhaps it is a decision that solely the judge can make?

Yes, it should be open to the public and the press. No difference in the trial, except the judge is the finder of fact and not a jury. IMO. I can't imagine her trial would be held in camera.

Well that's her argument, though I think a judge wouldn't agree with her that her actions were not criminal. But that's what she's trying to say.

I am thoroughly exhausted after reading the tweets about CN and her insolent attitude and lack of conscience while testifying. She is a shameless attention seeker (I could say worse but I won't be dragged down to her level). I'm sure CN's snooty and disgraceful performance was her special mission assigned by DM and designed to show her and DM's superiority and invincibility and to wear down the patience of TD, but TD expertly dismounted the haughty CN from her high horse and then masterfully took hold of the reigns! Yes, indeed TD got the better of both CN and DM by making CN answer that perfectly timed final question, IMO. Yes, CN and DM do deserve one another, IMO. They are both depraved devils, IMO.

She tried so hard to fool folks about not still being on DM's side. She was so careful to ensure that she never called his attempt to manipulate her, manipulate. All her responses about DM's intentions were still downplayed by her 3 years after the crime. This girl needs to see a psychologist. MOO

Me too .... they opened the garage doors to look in the back of the trailer and did not get them to close properly thus they blew open on the highway.

Police already knew the truck was inside (via side door) ..... but did not want to open the rear doors (only put a seal on) until they had it in the police garage.

But CN & MB would not have gotten a very good look inside the back doors , they are taller than the garage door opening and could only be opened 2 inches or so.
