Me too .... they opened the garage doors to look in the back of the trailer and did not get them to close properly thus they blew open on the highway.

Police already knew the truck was inside (via side door) ..... but did not want to open the rear doors (only put a seal on) until they had it in the police garage.

But CN & MB would not have gotten a very good look inside the back doors , they are taller than the garage door opening and could only be opened 2 inches or so.

Probably enough to see there was no Mother's Day gift in there!

I find it rather curious that the notes LE found in CN's pig pen of a bedroom say such things that indicate she didn't really know a whole lot about what really went down. She seems to wonder why DM picked her to help him that night, seems annoyed that DM is keeping her in the dark about things, trying to possibly set her up, "playing" her, etc. Why would she write those kinds of notes, if she actually did know what had taken place? There's no way she knew in advance LE would find those notes, so they weren't planted as some advanced defense strategy. Not to mention, she even calls the DVR a stereo in her own notes.

Is it possible she really didn't know what she was helping her idiot boyfriend do? Either way, she's still a cold-hearted witch with apparently no compassion for the Bosma family. It just seems off, that she'd write stuff like that if she actually knew.

Which reminds me... we never did find out who Scotty was either...

My guess via tweets from court .....

Millard phone texts Lisa asking her to tell Scotty "I'm hot, stay away." Apr 19, 2016

At 8:21pm Scott moose texts "are you available?" Millard to Moose: "something just turned very sour, gonna be busy until at least midnight" Apr 19, 2016

She really is something else, isn't she. I believe in Karma too, and I think she has already got a nice taste of it. More to come, CN. I wonder how long her parents' clinic will be a lucrative business.

The family may have gotten the message yesterday after she indicated her mom knew about her correspondence with DM while under a no contact. In fact she tried to do two damage control messages today.

1. Her parents advised her that she was being manipulated by MB
2. MB was not the one that suggested wiping fingerprints.

I don't know if this has been posted yet. so my apologies if it has. I haven't made it through all todays posts yet. So DM is asking CN to be a clever coyote to help him with his defence? Did DM ever watch the Road Runner/Coyote cartoons? I never ended well for the coyote. what an idiot

Please stop discussing/sleuthing the witness's parents or referencing their business. They have no involvement in this matter.

Yep, otherwise the door would of flown open on their trip to mother Rabbit.

I don't believe LE opened the back door at momma hare's.

MOO

IIRC The back door opened while moving the trailer between the truck garage (pics with yellow police tape) in Hamilton and the OPP garage in London.
Someone at the first garage did not verify the door latched properly IMO

Found source...
The trailer with the Ancaster, Ont., man's truck inside was being transported from a secure facility in Hamilton to an OPP forensics facility in Tillsonburg, Ont., for examination on May 14, 2013. Det. Const. Lauren Troubridge was tasked with following the trailer as it was towed. On Highway 403, at the Golf Links Road overpass, the rear doors of the trailer flew open while travelling around 110 km/h, Troubridge testified in court Wednesday.

I thought that too - for a brief moment. Whether she thought that was a stereo really doesn't have much bearing on anything though, does it? There were oodles of notations that did point to her knowledge of, at the very least, a crime. IMO. I do hope the Crown have some of her letters to him for her trial.

No, they don't.... They'd have to disclose them to defense, as not doing so would impede, at the very least, MS's ability to defend himself.

Maybe she was preparing a script for when she would get interviewed by LE. Pretending not to know what DM had done, also confirming she thought she was storing a "stereo". I also think that DM and CN are still in love with one another. It was her "memorable sex" comment that proved it for me. She really wanted to say that in public. JMO

Well, I'll say this, she certainly wasn't a rat. She refused to say anything incriminating against DM. It is my opinion that she was collecting evidence against him (these letters) for use in court, therefore they could speak for themselves and she wouldn't have to actually say anything. This of course protects her position that she doesn't know anything. Is it only self preservation for her trial? I wonder if there is an actual treat against her if she talked. I can't begin to understand the minds of these people, but she did make a note about family safety and something about she can't be killed if she had a confession. I want to know what that means and I'm not buying her story about bad humour/childish joke. Was she being cunning and that was planted for sympathy? I'm sure there is a reason that wasn't pressed but it was significant to me. DM is manipulative and obviously someone you don't want to mess with, lest the blame be put on you, but he also knew a bunch of unsavoury people. Is this what she means and does she have that confession?

Though, not speaking has generating a lot of hatred too.

All just my opinion.

I'm talking about her own trial in November though.

I wonder if someone saw Noudga wiping the trailer? If so, will th person be called as a witness in this trial? Not sure if it's even necessary at this point.

I hope so too - but they can't "pop" it out, right?"

If they don't have the letters already, they'll never have them, IMO. And if they have them now and didn't disclose - that leads to mistrial for DM and MS. That's my amateur understanding.

I agree. The entire BJ story and the repeat performances are a load of BS. IMO. CN trying to show DM and cucumber were cool. Other evidence shows a hurry scurry oh-crap flurry of anxiety from DM around that time.

I wonder what DM thought of his charming GF's performance? Something tells me it didn't go like they rehearsed.

I wish they could give her a life long no contact order.

Could it have been the LB trial I'm getting mixed up with, anyone know if there will be a pub ban in place?

Can't imagine what the reason or justification would be. Trial by judge is just as public as a trial by jury. I expect media presence will be still be significant, and certainly expect that GTHA media will be live blogging.

Someone refresh my memory. CN spent 4 months in jail?
