I told you guys that Smitch was in the Yukon when the shooting happened !

  • #342
Smich says Millard told Bosma his friend dropped them off, and was at Tim "When he pulled up there, he looked over at me and said why don't you guys come and follow us, so we don't have to return here after the test drive. I sort of took the hint he wanted me to get into the other vehicle. I got out, Dell pulled a U-Turn, and I got into the Yukon. The keys were in the cupholder ... I started the vehicle and I proceeded to follow."
by Adam Carter 12:29 PM

Smich says this wasn't planned.
by Adam Carter 12:29 PM

Smich says he followed them in the Yukon. "As we were proceeding, we go and he just kept driving until he just pulls over on the side of the road, and I pull over behind him."
by Adam Carter 12:30 PM

Smich says none of this was the plan. "Dell does random things."

I gotta say though... so far, this has a bit of believability to it. :S

IMO we will never truly know exactly what happened that night - but I think Smich has been more believable than I thought he'd be. And more forthcoming. I keep forgetting they're also involved in Babcock's death and wonder how that testimony will go in the next trial.
