Dell said his friend dropped us off. Question asked about why they didn't pull up into driveway. Dell said friend went to Tim Hortons.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 13m13 minutes ago
Millard told #TimBosma they didn't park in driveway because a friend dropped them off on way to Tim Hortons.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 13m13 minutes ago
Smich says there was a conversation about how they got there. He says Millard told them a friend had dropped them off and went to Tims.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 12m12 minutes ago
Smich says he didn't know Millard was going to say that. Dungey asks if Millard told him what he was going to do--"or was he in charge?"

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 12m12 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey: Did Dell ever tell you what he was going to do? Or was he in charge? Smich: He was in charge. The plan was to scope out the vehicle.

Smich says this wasn't how it was supposed to go. "In all the criminal activity we've done together, no one has ever been harmed."

I know that they are separate trials and this info will not be relevant in the LB murder trial but I wonder how this strategy will affect his approach to the next trial. I wonder if TD will provide counsel or if he will engage another lawyer?

Sorry that I don't have a link, but I read somewhere that TD is also representing MS in the LB trial.

Why does this matter? I really don't get people's hang up with this dog.

I don't either, but to be fair the lawyers have mentioned him like four thousand times.

Looks like Dell was tired of coming home empty handed. This is the saddest testimony for all involved. RIP TB and prayers and strength to the Bosma family. MOO

Yeah. I expect there's going to be a lot of pushback against MS's testimony later tonight in the thread, but so far it has the ring of truth.

Of course, MS still didn't go to the police.

This is the video where two vehicles pull in and stop that we saw months ago from Bobcat of Brantford. Millard is leaning in and taking notes.
by Adam Carter 12:42 PM

Bosma's father, Hank, is watching the video. Sharlene Bosma has her head down. We've seen this video before, it's quite lengthy.
by Adam Carter 12:44 PM

In it, you see two vehicles pull up and stop in a rural area, by Bobcat of Brantford. It's very grainy and hard to make out what's happening.

I'm not buying this. I think there are elements of truth in MS testimony, and perhaps he wasn't in the truck when DM shot Tim, but of course MS is not admitting that he knew the plan was to kill Tim (whatever the details of that plan might have been) and I don't believe that. His faltering explanation for the change of clothes stuck out for me. I wonder what his weak excuse is for the fireside furniture and sausage pictures. Although the jury can't consider it, I sure don't forget that he is going straight to trial for the murder of LB.
