My money is on an outburst of some sort before the day is over- whether he sneers at MS or makes sighing sounds. It's been reporting he has done that prior. At least we have him admitting it was them and not trying some lame defense.

I don't know why I am but I am believing MS's version of events. He is a low life scum sucker with nothing to lose, but for some reason this version of the scenario makes sense to me. He is still going down but I have believed all along it was DM who was the ring leader and DM who wanted control and pulled the trigger.

Sorry, that came across harsh - I think today's testimony is irking me more than I realized. I hope the Bosma's can feel all the hearts going out to them right now.

An upside to all this dog-talk is that this does add validity to the hangar video.

Well IMO the dog is mentioned so much because he is seen on the footage at the hanger. By testifying Pedo was in fact there is proof IMO that it is definitely DM on video at the hanger if there is any question about "who" it might be. MOO

I'm not buying this. I think there are elements of truth in MS testimony, and perhaps he wasn't in the truck when DM shot Tim, but of course MS is not admitting that he knew the plan was to kill Tim (whatever the details of that plan might have been) and I don't believe that. His faltering explanation for the change of clothes stuck out for me. I wonder what his weak excuse is for the fireside furniture and sausage pictures. Although the jury can't consider it, I sure don't forget that he is going straight to trial for the murder of LB.

Not just that but I thought there was evidence that they were driving around the area a bit before going to time house, to find a place to hide the Yukon... Ms obviously knew something, or what's his excuse to that?

Smich's testimony does give credence to what looks to be seen in the video. Unfortunately it's still such a blurry video. I do believe aspects of what Smich is saying but I'm sure he has still twisted details around.
