Where did this "sheet" come from? Was it already in Tim's truck? Did DM carry it in his murse??? I doubt it.

  • #602
I'm sure that is exactly it. He just learned his best friend killed someone and has a gun with him. I'd be scared for my life. I believe MS's testimony.

He is driving a different vehicle. No reason why he had to stay around after they stopped at Bobcat. IF he didn't know what was happening and he was scared of DM. Not buying it.

"The blue um, toilet paper, no, paper towel, mechanic type towels.." Smich is describing all the cleaning supplies they got rid of after

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Dungey says we've seen photos of the truck on a green tarp--asks if it was on a tarp at this point. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Smich says no. It got moved onto a tarp afterwards. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
At first #Bosma truck not on a tarp. "It got moved onto a tarp afterwards...I'm just trying to think of what happened next."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
#TimBosma's truck was moved to a tarp after -- as it was in the photo Art Jennings snapped before calling Crimestoppers

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Smich says next Millard "pulled the incinerator into the hangar, making text messages to police who work for him." #Bosma

  • #604
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Dungey asks how he knew that. Smich said he was there. He saw it. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 3m3 minutes ago
Bosma truck initially on tarp. Moved after. DM pulls incinerator inside. Smich says he then texted employees to stay away. @AM900CHML

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Millard pulled Eliminator into hangar. Then he texted his staff. "I was there. I seen him do it." Smich used MIllard's cell to text Marlena.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
Smich saw Millard texting his employees to not come into work. Smich was trying to get hold of Marlena but his phone was dead. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
He said he needed to get ahold of Marlena but his phone was dead. Used Millard's phone and messaged the iPad. Got no reply. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
He iMessaged Marlena. "There was no reply." #bosma

We're going to find out why somebody left the hangar for 40 minutes. Timmy's run. Propane run. Heard lots of theories.

edit: OK. To get gas. I didn't post quick enough.

40 minutes to get gas? :waitasec:

Sorry but this gruesome testimony convinces me even more that MS is guilty of 1st degree murder! How and why if DM had taken MS by surprise would MS not veered off the path and headed for the nearest police station? Why would MS not have called police to report TB's murder and he could have led LE to DM right then and there?

No normal innocent person no matter how shocked would have followed DM blindly in the dead of night to his deserted farm location after having just witnessed the victim slumped over dead in the front seat of his truck and knowing that DM had just executed TB for no reason but for his desire for a truck! A normal person who had no involvement in the murder would never have trusted DM alone with himself afterwards, IMO.

Dungey stops him. Asks: "when you were leaving the #Bosma home and went back into the Yukon--did you have occasion to talk to Marlena?"

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Smich says yes he did talk to her while he was in the Yukon. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
While leaving #Bosma neighbourhood, Smich talked to Marlena on phone...Once #Bosma truck stripped and Eliminator in hangar went to Oakville.

Peter Akman ‏@PeterAkmanCTV 3m3 minutes ago

Smich says the Eliminator was brought into the hangar and they left to Oakville to pickup Marlena Meneses. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
After everything was stripped, they go back to Oakville. Picked up Marlena. He recalls making a stop before that to get a phone.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
The next morning they picked up Marlena in Oakville. We have seen footage of them arriving. She testified Smich & Millard were happy

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
"I believe we needed to make a stop before we had to pick up Marlena." Smich wanted to pick-up one of his other phones. Changed SIM cards.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
He says he had multiple phones so took a SIM card from one into the other. Can't remember exactly which was which. #Blsma

Not buying it either. I think that everything that he is saying step by step is true but he is leaving out the fact the he was aware that it was a premeditated murder. He seems to be very convincing of this so good work on TD's part. MOO

Agree with you. But it seems to me that DM has some sort of 'hold' on people - ie CN, and the rest of the rotten bunch of them. I don't think any of them are 'normal'. :(

Smich says he didn't tell his ex-gh Meneses about what happened. "I was so exhausted. I was out of it at that point." #Bosma @CTVNews

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
He didn't say much to Marlena. "I was so exhausted." Woke he was "still in pain" because of his shoulder. "I was trying to play along."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
"I was trying to play along, I guess, like everything was alright," he says. #Bosma

Ummm if MS's is telling the truth, does this mean that CN helped burn all the stuff from Tims truck>??

ETA: oops got ahead of myself. Never mind.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago

What gets me though is why he didn't come clean to the police after DM was aleady in custody. Seems to me any 'threat' he might have had would be over by then.

All MOO.

We do say this with the knowledge of the other two alleged murders though. MS was not afraid of DM IMO. He was his "partner in crime" , his "bro from another ho" and knew about everything DM was capable of. As well as what he himself was capable of.

The incinerator runs on propane, not gas.

The breslau airport, despite being an airport is pretty isolated/remote. The time seems right, I know the area well, grew up near that airport.
