BBM - Now comes the hardest part for trial watchers and most importantly the Bosmas. Verdict watch! :scared: My thoughts go out to the jury too. This is not going to be easy for them.

That's because the Ram is where the murder took place so of course there was lots of evidence of GSR in it as opposed to the Yukon which only carried one of the murders after the fact. Big difference between the murder scene Ram and the Yukon where no murder took place.

I think Fraser did enough to erase the doubt, for me anyways. I am still not 100% sure on whether or not Smich was in the vehicle when he was shot but I'm 100% convinced he knew the plan.

1st degree, for them both. Verdict will be reached in under 10 hours.

I think it will be withheld until verdict is reached.

If it's part of the standard statutory voire dire ban, it can be heard as soon as the jury retires to deliberate. I'm sure some of those stories are already written, and in a competetive media environment they won't be able to click the publish button soon enough.
