Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 45s45 seconds ago
Says it would be easy for Bullmann to make error about vehicles pulling out.

Dungey says there's no evidence that Millard gave a "$2,200 gun" to Smich. "There's no evidence to it."
by Adam Carter 2:19 PM

Dungey now showing photos of the gun. They've all been previously shown in court.
by Adam Carter 2:20 PM

In one of those photos, there's a fingerprint that was matched with Millard's.

There was one gun, says Dungey. Text messages show Millard bought the gun for about $2,200. No evidence he gave it to Smich

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 59s59 seconds ago
Dungey says there was only one gun. It was Millard's gun. Says there's no evidence he gave the $2200 gun to Smich. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 50s50 seconds ago
No evidence Millard gave gun to Smich. "This is the guy who doesn't even want to pay his own employees? He's going to give a gun worth...

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 50s50 seconds ago
"This is the guy who doesn't even pay his employees what he owes them. He's going to give Mark a $2200 gun?"

Peter Akman ‏@PeterAkmanCTV 2m2 minutes ago
No evidence put forward says Dungey, that Millard gave a $2200 gun to Smich. Disregard that scenario. #Bosma @CTVNews

Dungey showing the various photos of the gun we've seen in the trial. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 34s34 seconds ago
"...$2,200 to Smich?" Court seeing gun photos on screens.

That photo was taken on Feb. 14, 2012. "That's the gun Mr. Millard purchased from Iisho," Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 2:22 PM

Dungey now showing a photo of the gun that was found on Smich's Blackberry.
by Adam Carter 2:22 PM

Now another photo, this time of Smich holding the gun. This one is from August 2012.

Dungey is showing the gun photos the jury has seen. The first is a gun sitting on a wood surface. This one is held by Millard.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 41s41 seconds ago
We're seeing Millard fingerprint photo. Close-up of thumb on gun. Expert was able to take print from photo of thumb and match it to Millard.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
In one, from Valentines day 2012, we see Millard's hand holding the gun. #Bosma

Next is a photo of a gun taken on Smich's blackberry.

isa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 34s34 seconds ago
A fingerprint expert identified Millard through the fingerprints in the fingers shown in that photo. 3rd photo of gun sitting on dark fabric

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 38s38 seconds ago
Dungey says texts prove Millard bought that gun from Isho...Now seeing Blackberry gun photo. Smich said he took it in Millard's car.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 22s22 seconds ago
Now another photo, this time of Smich holding the gun. This one is from August 2012. #TimBosma #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 19s19 seconds ago
The next gun photo shows Mark Smich's face in the background, and two fingers prominently showing on the gun grip.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 14s14 seconds ago
Next, the photo of Mark Smich holding the gun in August 2012. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 34s34 seconds ago
Now seeing "two-finger gun" photo. Smich admitted it is him, holding gun.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 21s21 seconds ago
Next photo. Sept 2012. Texted from Dellen Millard to his girlfriend. Dungey argues all of these photos show the same single gun. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5s5 seconds ago
Fourth photo Sept. 22, 2012. Photo of gun on table. Sent to Christine Noudga from Millard's computer. "Millard is in control of the gun."

Arthur Jennings only helped things after the fact. What you mean is if it wasn't for Igor they likely would've gotten away with it? The tattoo description is what lead to DM's arrest. AJ did not give the location of the truck until after it was moved and DM arrested.

Ok, it wasnt clear to me which came first, the chicken or the egg....

Except for the "goes well , be an all-nighter."
Except that is a quote from DM and Dungey is referring to his client, and points out that MS tells MM he should be done and back in just a couple of hours, Only DM refers to a possible all nighter

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
The first gun photo, on the wood surface, was sent to Christina Noudga. "It was Millard's gun. Only Millard's gun," Dungey says

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 55s56 seconds ago
Dungey says Millard's lawyers say this shows Smich had control of the gun then. #TimBosma #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 43s44 seconds ago
But there's another photo from September 2012 that Millard sent to Noudga. #TimBosma #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 37s38 seconds ago
"Millard is in control of the gun," Dungey says. "It's Millard's gun, and only Millard's gun." #TimBosma #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
Smich didn't have any money to buy a gun. That's the murder weapon Millard used to kill Mr #Bosma, Dungey says of the gun.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
"That's the murder weapon Mr. Millard used to kill Mr. Bosma," says Dungey.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 39s40 seconds ago
The first thing Smich thought when he got the gun was that he was being framed by Millard, Dungey says.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 32s33 seconds ago
Dungey says Smich ended up with the gun because "Millard was trying to frame him." #TimBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 22s23 seconds ago
Dungey says there has been lots of talk about what happened to the the tun after Dellen Millard's arrest. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 12s13 seconds ago
Smich opens toolbox and finds gun inside. He thinks Millard is framing him.

Dungey tripping up with the MM testimony. Illogical to tell the jury to believe everything she says EXCEPT the part that looks bad for my client (the celebratory mood when they picked her up)

Her not mentioning the eliminator is also damning for his client if he supposedly had nothing to do with it.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 23s24 seconds ago
Dungey now talking about Brendan Daly's testimony. #TimBosma #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 40s41 seconds ago
Brendan Daly drank a lot and so it might have affected his memory about the toolbox, says Dungey.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 49s50 seconds ago
He says Daly had an alcohol problem in 2013, and the jury will have to decide what weight to put to his testimony. #TImBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 33s33 seconds ago
Dungey says Daly was all "jammed up" about what happened with the gun, w admitted drinking problem. Said he just said yes to every question.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 33s33 seconds ago
Daly said Smich told him it was his gun. Smich denies that.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 25s25 seconds ago
Dungey asks why Daly would tell Smich to bury the gun if it was his own gun. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 36s36 seconds ago
Daly gives Smich idea to bury the gun. Daly is not "forced" by Smich to try to sell gun. Daly is a friend trying to help.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 32s32 seconds ago
Dungey says Smich didn't force Daly to try to sell the gun -- Daly was trying to help. #TimBosma #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 22s22 seconds ago
Smich is trying to raise money for a lawyer. Can't sell enough dope, says Dungey. Meneses and his sister tell him to get rid of gun.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 25s25 seconds ago
"He jumps on his bike and off he goes," Dungey says of Smich burying gun. "Is that so unfathomable...We're supposed to make big of it that..

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 10s10 seconds ago
If a lunatic is trying to frame you for a murder, you jump on your bike and off you go. It's night, you don't know where it is.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 57s57 seconds ago
"...he didn't know where it went." Smich could have lied and said he threw it in Lake Ontario,. That would be simpler.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 53s53 seconds ago
Dungey asks if it's so unfathomable that he buried it. If he thought he was "being framed and a lunatic had shot someone." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 32s32 seconds ago
Dungey suggests if Smich was going to make up a story, he would've said he threw it in the lake. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
If Smich was lying, why not he say he threw gun in Lake Ontario? He was in a state of shock and buried it because his friend suggested it

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 45s45 seconds ago
"He's not the most sophisticated kid in town," Dungey says of Smich. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 44s44 seconds ago
"Everyone's fingerprints would have been on it," says Dungey. Millard had gun, so did Smich. Smich was too "dimwitted" to go to police.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 1m1 minute ago
"Is it so unfathomable, that if you thought you were being framed and a lunatic had shot someone ... " #TImBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 58s58 seconds ago
He says "everyone's fingerprints would've been on the gun." His and Millard's. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 55s55 seconds ago
"He's too dimwitted to go to police, why?" It's not unfathomable, Dungey says. Smich is a drug dealer with a crim record and no money

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 43s43 seconds ago
"...and you're not the most sophisticated kid in town, that's for sure, that you jump on your bike and off you go [to bury the gun]. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 57s58 seconds ago
Dungey says there'd be nothing to lose by remembering where the gun is because it'd have both their fingerprints on it. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 57s58 seconds ago
"So he stupidly buries it," says Dungey. "He would have nothing to lose by remembering where he buried it."

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 52s53 seconds ago
Dungey says Smich could have told a "simple" lie like "I threw it in Lake Ontario" instead. #TimBosma #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 51s52 seconds ago
There would be nothing to lose in helping police find the gun because both accused' prints would be on it, Dungey says.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 44s45 seconds ago
Dungey says Smich's prints would've ended up on the gun just from picking it up. #TimBosma #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 33s34 seconds ago

Never seen 5 foot high grass in my life so I'm assuming thats an exaggeration?
Interesting you say that, I watched this in the court in person this morning, and I distinctly heard Dungey say 4-5 inches (not feet) and it stood out to me at the time

Thanks, Brightii. I'll let you handle it. Let me know if you need a break.

I don't know how to change the font colour and my computer is dreadfully slow, but I don't mind doing it after the break - if I'm too slow I'll send out an SOS. :)

"He's getting rid of it because of the pressure on him and he doesn't know what to do, and he's too dimwitted to go to the police," Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 2:34 PM

I wonder if at the break, MS will say, "Thanks, you're doing a great job but maybe take it down a notch" LOL. I like TD's style. He is repeating "petty drug dealer" and "killer" when referring to MS and DM respectively. Its a technique recommended for giving persuasive presentations.

Peter Akman ‏@PeterAkmanCTV 9m9 minutes ago
This time a not so happy looking Dellen Millard talking to his lawyer at break. #Bosma @CTVNews

I said this last night but I think it's important to remember that just because the murder they did was messy and sloppy doesn't mean it wasn't planned imo. Plenty of people who commit murder think their plan will be foolproof and they're invincible - but with DNA, cameras eveywhere, technology, etc these days it's really difficult to get away without never being questioned. Especially Tim's death. Plus these 2 idiots weren't banking on Igor's presence/info in the early stages of the search imo. DM and MS likely thought their plan was fine imo but I have a feeling they didn't expect the massive search and media presence once Tim went missing. I think they got even bigger egos when they'd pull off petty crime. And obviously it can't be factored in here but then I have the lingering moments about LB and WM.
