A Boulder man says Nancy Grace defamed him on national television when she showed a picture of his face and compared his actions to a "serial killer."

Benjamin Seibert has filed a lawsuit in Denver District Court asking for more than $100,000 stemming from a bizarre series of events earlier this year when a woman claimed a man had broken into her home and used her phone to take a "selfie" before leaving unseen.

If the man is telling the truth and he really didn't do what Nancy Grace said, then she does owe him an apology.

"Based on the history we've researched regarding Ms. Grace, we're pretty confident there are other victims," Ben Seibert's lawyer, John Pineau, said, urging others to come forward to help Seibert's case.
