Boulder Police Chief Mark Beckner said he didn't know for certain if his department sent the Ramsey case to the CBI as part of its cold-case list. He said because investigators have "never stopped working it," it may not technically qualify as cold.

But Sloan said there's "no chance" the Boulder Police Department didn't include the JonBenet murder file in its submission.

Maybe it was a mistake or something but what I don't like are the DA's comments.No need for jokes,there have been to many in this case unfortunately.
