In my opinion, Patsy did the unspeakable. Her husband helped cover it up and the son probably knows something but is in denial. I have followed this from the beginning and the ransom note is the clincher for me. It is a sad, sad story of another abused child. I read somewhere that JonBenet talked to someone of black robes, candles and rituals. The person responsible has met her maker and her fate it sealed.

But not to worry I've gotten some good laughs at RDI's pathetic concoctions also. Especially the one where enough skin cells from the leggings "fell" exactly onto the blood stain in her underwear, in enough quantity to be detected by the lab and submitted to CODIS.

Apparently you've been researching pageants and the whose who of them. Why don't you tell us what pageants where taking place at the time and who was there? Give us the links so we can find out ourselves.

I'm afraid Agatha has a much better sense of humor than I do. I don't find this the least bit amusing. Indeed, it speaks to a fundamental misunderstanding.

The Secret Service did not "get involved" in this case, HOTYH. To hear you tell it, they jumped in as part of a joint task force to follow up leads relating to national security. That's not what happened. ONE GUY examined some materials that were submitted to him as an afterthought (if Chet Ubowski) is to be believed. And all he said was that he couldn't say she wrote it based on the materials he had to work with, which (again, if Ubowski is to be believed) were limited. And even THEN, some of his fellow gov't examiners have expressed doubt as to his qualifications and experience.

No, they don't get involved in domestice child abuse/homicide cases. With good reason. Which is why I tend to go along more with the guys who DO.

They must not be so pathetic is you have to twist and spin them so bad like you did here. No one is saying that they fell "exactly" onto the bloodstain in her underwear. I think he's saying that the bloodstain was the only place they TESTED.

And as for being enough to be detected and submitted to CODIS, look again. The only reason it was detectable is because DNA testing technology keeps improving (which poses problems in and of itself--the more sensitive they get, the more likely they are to detect artifacts) and even THEN they had to amplify it to get nine markers, not even the full 13. CODIS took it as a FAVOR, a longshot at best.

I assure you, you are fooling no one but yourself.
