She likely had a staffer make the call. Her story has a lot of inconsistencies so far. It's been rumored the whole thing was staged by her. Her attorney advised her the only way to get maximum money out of the divorce would be to get full custody of the kids and make Brad look bad. It would also be the only way she would be allowed to take the kids to London to launch her "political career". She needs #1 plenty of money because she plans to quit acting and will be paying "consultants" in England to help her buy a "peerage".

#2 She needs to make Brad look like an unfit parent in order to gain complete legal control of the kids. 100% control of the kids means more money and a move to England. Her attorney and "consultants" helped her plan this months ago.

The problem comes with DFCS coming into the picture. They will likely look into the backgrounds of both parents and the home life (such as it is) of the children. That opens up AJ's issues with erratic, poor parenting, past (and possibly present) drug use, mental and psychological competence, suicide attempts, etc. She could end up losing custody or have her parenting placed under close supervision.

As BP says, those kids need a stable home life for a change. To live in the same place for a while, attend school, get an education, be allowed to have friends, learn to get along with others. They should not be dragged along with her into war zones in Syria, Turkey and Iraqi refugee camps. What kind of adult needs to take their children along with them on dangerous trips like that? It's almost like AJ views them as props for photo ops or something.

It's got to be so hard to have people speculating about your life, what happened, who did what and when, as if any gossipers actually know the family. Everyone agrees how sad it is for the children, but no one thinks that piling on to what's been published adds to the hurt. It's all unseemly and there will be no way for the children to not someday read harsh criticisms of their mother and father, how he or she was unfit, or didn't love the kids, or any of dozens of allegations thrown around.

Other people's problems & pain is entertainment in our world. Sad, that.

I'm not taking any side just yet....I do believe Angie's brother has been seeing after the kids.....so...most likely he made the call.

Oh, and being consoled by Johnny depp ain't so bad.

OMG sides? Jennifer Aniston is so not what this is about. She is happily remarried for goodness sakes. Hasn't been with her ex in 12 years. When is she going to be allowed to have her own life apart from these 2? Bringing her into the Brangelina breakup is ridiculous. Twelve years later...

There are 6 kids affected. None of those kids are Aniston's.

There are millions of children living in horror. I think it is admirable that she brought her kids with to those places. She had security. Her kids are spoiled beyond belief with the money they have. It is good for them to see that life is not fair.

He didn't get her pregnant while married to Jennifer Aniston. There's also some dispute as to whether they actually had an affair while he was married to Jen.

But now Pitt has broken his silence to insist there was no affair - and says Aniston is a 'sweetheart' and they are still close and big parts of each other's lives.
And the 45-year-old said: 'I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful.'

She was on "Watch what happens live" and she claimed that one of Angelina's "fixers" gave her a call warning her about the previous comments she made. Then she wrote a song about it. I found the song hilarious.

Getting kidnapped by terrorists who want to put a huge ransom on their heads because Angelina keeps dragging them to volatile countries would certainly teach them that lesson.
