Well, that might be a little easier if JMK actually sought out the Boulder authorities to turn himself in and confess. But he didn't.

Kind of makes you wonder why they couldn't have surreptitiously obtained JMK's DNA to check it against DNA found on Jon Benet, before going through this three ring circus of extraditing John Mark Karr from Thailand. Is this all because the BPD reputation wasn't yet poor enough, and needed a little further enhancement??? Is this an example of CSI 2006; so much for Mary Lacy having a good solid reputation before this; it's the Keystone Cops all over again. This is two strikes on the BPD. Three strikes and yer out--let's go for it.

If it is true that the DNA does not match and there are going to be no charges filed I consider what has happened to Mr. Karr disgracful. I am by no means sayign Mr. Karr is a good upstanding citizen but The truth maybe that he is a very very very mentaly ill man which the state of Colorado has put on display for the world to exploit, mock and belittel. The only known charges argaints this man are the chld ones which are disgusting but do not inovlove having ever touched a chld. The truth of the matter is Mr. Karr may well be a pedafile but there is no evidence of him ever taking any action againts a child. Having criminal disiers and thoughts is not a crime. Mr Tracey in my opinion instigatted this mess and the colorado authorities handled it horrificly. Mr Karr's actions seem to be the behavior of an exstremly mentaly ill man, what excuse does Tracey have, Mary lacy and the other professionals involved in this?

Right! The DA took this case away from the BLE, she had her own investigators working the case, along with LSmit, is what I understood.

I just saw Karr's defense attorney on the news and he looked totally disgusted with the DA's case, and the fact that the DA brought him all the way back from Bangkok without solid forensic evidence against Karr.

Who is the judge who signed that warrant? If he were to have had a problem in Thailand, then let them deal with it. I also believe that he needs psychiatric care, but he hasn't done anything to warrant this miscarriage of justice against him.

Judge will release the affidavit for the arrest warrant to the media. Also will release ALL THE EMAILS!!!!!
