I heard on Fox news that he might be charged with something lesser in Colorado in 72 hours so they are able to hold him while they are investigating further and gathering more evidence.
hmmm what lesser could they charge him with?

Well, if they can't find a tie-in to Colorado (since his relatives claim he's never even been there), that is going to be hard to do.

Good question! Isn't it either the charges in California or everything he is accused of (murder, kidnapping and sexual assault of a child) in Colorado?

I think CO only needs to grill him, and fry him in the hot seat, for a few hours, and they will know whether, or not, JMK is the perp.

Don't think so Buzz, if his flight trip is any indication of how he's enjoying himself, it only leads to me think he will LOVE the attention he will get here while in custody.

I'm only guessing here, but there is a chance CA will hold him a few days to question him in hope that CO will come up with something concrete to charge him with, or at least get their act together!

JBean, Are you really going to the airport? That is so cool and wish I were right there beside you.

Have you thought about where the best place would be to see him? I think they're going to take him out the back end of the plane where they bring in the food. I can't imagine them bringing him through the walkway from the door of the plane to the inside of the terminal. That might be kind of risky.

But they will have to serve him right away before they take him off, right. They will probably do that after everyone else has disembarked.

I don't know! What's your plan?:D Maybe someone here has been on a plane that carried a fugitive or arrestee on board and they know how it is done!

PS: You know we'll all be there in spirit Bean. :woohoo:

I posted an article yesterday that Petaluma/Sonoma officials said the CA charges are on hold, and they are deferring to the CO charges. The article is in Breaking News 08/19, or you can google it.

I know that Buzz, read it, heard it on T.V.

BUT, if CO hasn't gotten charges in place, who knows what will happen?

Not to worry TG, he isn't going to get away. Justice has him tightly in her grasp.

Scandi, no I am not really going. LAX is a mess on Sunday night as it is. I flew in there last Monday and it was crazy. Tonight will be n-u-t-s.

Hmmm Maybe lying to a Boulder City cop or a Homeland Security agent. Believe me, HS could think of anything almost - conjure up something to hold him. And there is a HS agent on the plane with him.

If I lived closer to LAX I would consider it and only if Buzz would meet me there for protection. But it is really too far and will be out of control.
