Well the night is young and LAX is messed up, so you never know. get your travelin' clothes on TG..you may be going out later.Tom'sGirl said:Too bad he isn't coming into Ontario.......dang:bang:
I'm worrying about him getting away Buzz, I didn't mean to imply that.Buzzm1 said:Not to worry TG, he isn't going to get away. Justice has him tightly in her grasp.
They will have to manage without us JBean.JBean said:If I lived closer to LAX I would consider it and only if Buzz would meet me there for protection. But it is really too far and will be out of control.
I'd certainly hope that Homeland Security is working on their "other" problems first. If the Boulder LE and DA's office hasn't learned their lesson about investigation in the last ten years...scandi said:Hmmm Maybe lying to a Boulder City cop or a Homeland Security agent. Believe me, HS could think of anything almost - conjure up something to hold him. And there is a HS agent on the plane with him.

I heard it on the news this afternoon, only once here in California (so I'm not sure if it is actually true) but one reporter said that he would actually be held here in California until "Extradition" paperwork etc. to Colorado is completed.Tom'sGirl said:I'm only guessing here, but there is a chance CA will hold him a few days to question him in hope that CO will come up with something concrete to charge him with, or at least get their act together!
Hey, I'm dressed and ready. Have the SUV tank full, and know all the back roads inJBean said:Well the night is young and LAX is messed up, so you never know. get your travelin' clothes on TG..you may be going out later.
I just can't imagine a guy?? like him being current on his child support; maybe they can hold him on that, for whichever state he owes child support..Tom'sGirl said:I'm worrying about him getting away Buzz, I didn't mean to imply that.![]()

It makes sense that they would at least want to dot all of the eyes and cross all of the tees. Since he is landing in California from foreign soil there must be some legalities that have to be taken care of before taking him to Colorado.

Yes, that is what I heard also, from several news sources.dragonfly707 said:I heard it on the news this afternoon, only once here in California (so I'm not sure if it is actually true) but one reporter said that he would actually be held here in California until "Extradition" paperwork etc. to Colorado is completed.

Although it has been posted, it is perfectly okay to post it again on this thread. Everyone doesn't always see the first posting.EdinburghLass said:Apologies if this has already been posted but I thought you might all find this interesting...
John Mark Karr, the suspect in the death of JonBenet Ramsey, sipped champagne and ate fried king prawns in business class after being put aboard a flight to Los Angeles to face charges in the United States.
The 41-year-old teacher sat in a business class window seat next to Mark Spray, an investigator with the Boulder County District Attorney's office. A US Embassy official and an agent with "Homeland Security" on his T-shirt were also part of the escort party.
Before takeoff, Karr took a glass of champagne from a flight attendant and clinked glasses with Spray, who sipped orange juice.

englishleigh, if you would enjoy going to LAX tonight to try to get a glimpse of JMK, you must not be getting out often enough. Take a couple of Tylenol extra everything, and get a good night's sleep. If you still feel the same way in the morning, call your doctor. LOLenglishleigh said:I am in L.A (Lower Alabama)....Seriously if I were out there tonight I'd be trying to go to LAX and see what I could see!!! I love Los Angeles and have been there many times...LAX is a mess on any given day or night...it's huge and busy. I'll bet tonight it is nuts with media.
