It just boggles my mind that someone after 10 years would come forward and falsely confess to this case. I am just speechless at the things that have been going on this past week.

I can't help imagining what this man is like when he wants to be charming and gain your confidence. Of course only a woman would relate to why he wanted to become a woman, (unless he hired a transsexual). He is taking them into his tortured soul confidence, about his mental illness and love of little girls but how he never molested them, just loved them... Remember he said to Wendy on the tape "I could look you in the eye and pass a lie detector test that I never had sex with little girls." OK I realize there is no proof he killed JBR. But there is proof he's been preying on little girls for years so whether he is delusional or not he should be locked up (my opinion). He is dangerous.

Why would Boulder want him, this will be a multi million dollar case and no one is convinced this guy is anything more than nuts.

On the local news, it was reported that Santa Clara County (San Jose, CA) did a review of the justice system earlier this year, and Patience Van Zandt was reprimanded three different times for giving bad advice to her clients. Not a very good recommendation. She was on, and said the report was not what it seems.
