I agree but if I remember correctly that was Pamela Mackey and I think she may be with the same firm as Lin Wood who of course represents the Ramseys. If it is, then I'm pretty sure it would be a conflict.

Wendy Hutchens will be on Nancy Grace tomorrow and play more of the tapes.

Nancy, though she was critical of Wendy yesterday for wanting to sell the tapes and CNN refusing to pay, must have come to some kind of arrangement to get Wendy on her show. Good for them. The tapes are chilling and CANNOT be ignored as evidence into his mind and his possible guilt.

I think Nancy is losing her mind. She just said that he went onto the plane with his orange jumpsuit on and came off in his shirt and tie. Is she blind?? LOL.

I didn't see the footage of him getting on the plane, just getting off...anyway, she claims his legs were shackled getting on. Then she objects that he is not fully shackled getting off, after changing clothes. Obviously they could not shackle his feet if he was going to walk off the plane, he could hardly get down the stairs as it is, with his arms shackled. Several men had to help him. Anyway despite Nancy's constant eye rolling and blurting out her feelings, she has got some really good journalism on this show.

The family attorney was on CC today and he stated that he made a call to Wendy Murphy and he would love for her to take the case and mentioned it to the Karr's brother and father.

Several of us commented earlier (when he boarded) that it was the same 'outfit' he wore on the plane ride from Thailand. And I know I'm not color blind!

The funny thing is, I printed an article from CNN with a color photo of him boarding the plane and he clearly has on the red shirt and black pants. That jumpsuit was bright orange and had no collar! In fact, I only see one man carrying a bag off that plane and it looks like an old fashioned briefcase. Just have to remember that she does this to everyone who is a suspect or been arrested.

A longtime family friend, who claims to have mentored Karr as a youth, told the Daily Camera on Wednesday that watching Karr's "psyche deteriorate" has been hard.

"We were never able to get John to a psychiatrist, but this boy is mentally ill," said George McCrary, 76, of Stone Mountain, Ga.

Family members, including Karr's second ex-wife, Lara Knutson, have defended Karr's innocence. Knutson said Karr was with her and their children in Alabama that Christmas.

But McCrary said Knutson has since doubted her memory, and his own recollections from that year are shaky.

Between the repeat viewings of the 1992 home video and the interview of Glenda Edwards (a friend from Alabama, who was just on Nancy Grace) he certainly wasn't in the "upper class" with the Ramseys. I could possibly see a "resentment" of someone who did have everything ~ like John Ramsey.

I was just watching Nancy Grace and she said 3 dozen defense attornies have offered to represent JK pro bono. Don't know if she's referring to lawyers in Colorado.

Karr booked into Colorado jail

BOULDER, Colo. (Reuters) - After a week of speculation, skepticism and bizarre revelations, teacher John Mark Karr arrived in Colorado on Thursday, where the probe into his possible involvement in the murder of child beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey was described as "in its very early stages."

Karr, 41, who was arrested in Thailand last week, was flown from Los Angeles to Colorado, driven to a Boulder jail in a van with darkened windows and booked into custody.

Karr, who has said he loved the girl and was with her on the night she died, is wanted in Boulder on five counts of murder, kidnapping and sexual assault on a minor. He has claimed JonBenet's death was an accident.

He has not formally been charged. Boulder County Sheriff Joe Pelle told reporters at the jail on Thursday, "We anticipate he will go to court on Monday."

Ramsey, 6, was found strangled and with a fractured skull in the basement of her Boulder home on December 26, 1996, in an unsolved case that has fascinated Americans for years.

Boulder prosecutors have given no details of any evidence against Karr, fueling doubts over the strength of their case.

In court papers opposing media requests to keep their evidence under seal, prosecutor William F. Nagel wrote that their investigation of Karr was "in its very early stages."

Lin Wood is an attorney from Atlanta who represented the victim in the civil case against Kobe Bryant. Pamela Mackey has risen to partner in the Colorado firm she was with when she represented Kobe Bryant, and as far as I can tell, has never had a capital case.

Well she apparently doesn't want anybody to read it, but I did notice in the list of emails there were 4 or 5 pictures of somebody but I can't tell if she did the emailing or if JMK did.

(And she knew his name. There was absolutely no reason why CO LE should not have had it back in 2001)
